Good alternatives for vegan/dairy sensitive eaters
While I won't lie and say this is a complete replacement for an animal-based cheese, it is a viable alternative. It doesn't have the stringiness of the animal-based cheese. It does have the flavour that one might be looking for. It takes a bit more work to melt. I have done it in a sandwich (grilled both on a pan and in a panini press) and it takes a little longer to melt. As a topping for a burger, it is a bit more sensitive as it melts differently, so you would have to put it on the burger earlier as to not overcook the burger while waiting for this to melt.

Healthy
If you’re eating healthy or vegan this is perfect for you. I’ve used it in sandwiches mixed in eggs etc and loving it. Takes a little longer to melt but it’s worth it.

ADORE DAIYA
IT IS HARD TO FIND PRODUCTS BEING VEGAN BUT DAIYA HAS MADE THAT SEARCH SO MUCH EASIER . I ADORE DAIYA PRODUCTS. MY DAUGHTER GIVES GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICHES TO MY GRANDDAUGHTER WITH THIS PRODUCT.

Ça semblait bon au départ quand j'ai acheté mais le goût n'est pas terrible on goûte trop l'huile c'est gras et j'aime vraiment pas.

Chewy
Tried this product for the first time. It was not what I expected. It was super chewy, almost like rubber and had an aftertaste.

Daiya mozzarella style
je n'ai pas apprécié la senteur, la texture caoutchouteuse ou le goût , il n'imite pas le fromage originale ni ne le remplacera dans mon foyer. Qu'il soit servit tel quel ou fondu n'améliore en rien le résultat finale.De plus les formats disponibles sont petits et très dispendieux.

Really Good
it is hard to find a dairy-free cheeze alternative, but this comes very close to the traditional mozzarella flavor. it melts nicely, and has a very similar flavor to mozzarella. I will continue to purchase this product.

Yummy
Sometimes when buying this brand....I have a really hard time to decide which ones to buy. They’re ALL so yummy 😋. It’s great to have choices and flavours that taste like the other dairy cheeses.

Its ok
I cant have milk products because of allergies so I tried this. I find the cheese they put on there pizza is much better then the slices. I was disappointed on how fast it spoils too. If you get it try to use it before 5 days of opining it.

Meh
Its ok. It is missing the yum of reg Mozza, and has an odd flavor. But it is a nice thing to think you are having but can't due to medical issues.

Mediocre cheese replacement
The product is free from pretty much anything you might be allergic to, which is great. However, I can’t get over the strong coconut flavour from the cheese regardless if it’s heated or not.

Melts well, gross when eaten ‘uncooked’
This is a decent replacement for those who can’t have dairy but it is missing the taste and texture of real cheese. If it’s being used in a way where you melt it, it’s passable but in just a sandwich or served cold it doesn’t have an appealing taste or texture.

Dairy free Cheese
This is an awesome product. For anyone allergic or sensitive to dairy cheese, this provides a very similar taste and texture. It's melty and delicious just like cow cheese!
