Decent Kitchen knife
This knife is fairly average. It is what you expect in a knife in this price range. There is nothing to spectacular about it and I would suggest looking into buying something else. There are better option available. Also hand wash this only as the blade will rust in the dishwasher

A great kitchen must-have
I received the Henckel's Definition 8" Chef Knife as a gift and fell in love after first use. It does not feel heavy on the wrist, it stays sharp for ages before I have to resharpen, and I have no doubt it will last me forever. I use it for everything - from chopping vegetables, nuts, and meat, to slicing a fresh loaf of bread, this knife is my holy grail kitchen product and I can't believe I went so long without it before.

I have had a set of Henkel knives for 10 years. They are the very best knives I’ve ever had. Easy to sharpen and cut great. My set has 8 pieces with the fork, I use them all, all the time.

Extremely well made
This knife is very comfortable to use. The blad is sharp and stays sharp. The top edge of the blade is well fitted in the handle.
