Does anyone's keep the cold long?
The feeling is great for a headache or migraine, but I find that to keep the cold for the amount of time I'd like, it's just not cutting it for me. 20 mins doesn't seem like a long time if you're in pain or waiting for some headache meds to kick in. It's a nice treat if you feel ok, and to decompress. I think I would cycle through 2-3 to have the type of therapy I'm looking for, so it's ok for me. Can we used for hands or other places that other ice or hot packs don't get to, since it's malleable.

Multi-use not just for eyes
I suffer from migraines every month that leave my sensitive eyes puffed up to look like I was crying for a week, I also experience pain in my eyeballs. This mask, used cool is a lifesaver during this time. It soothes my eyes and helps relieve some of the pain and puffiness. I've also used it on my forehead and back of my neck. I also have arthritis in my knees, I use this hot for that. I have one at work in my desk and keep one by the bed. I can't live without this.

Great for migraines
I love this product! I suffer from migraines and this eye mask that you put in the refrigerator or freezer is great when you’re suffering from a migraine. My only issue is that because the eyes have such delicate skin that there should be a thin cloth over the plastic eye mask to protect the skin from the direct cold. I also use the mask at the base of the back of my neck after about 10 minutes of having it on my eyes.

Bon masque pour éliminer les chalazions
Se réchauffe en très peu de temps. Bon pour mettre sur les yeux pour réchauffer les paupières pour essayer d'enlever des chalazions et orgelets. Je recommande ceci, c'est un bon rapport qualité/prix

Best for migraines
This is the first thing I go to when I feel a migraine coming on. It helps alleviate my symptoms and feels so soothing and relaxing. It is easy to keep clean and everyone in the family uses it.

Very soothing
I really enjoy this expectially when cold. It's very soothing and depuffs your eyes when tired. It helps with headaches. I use it after a long day at the computer

This eye mask is great for puffy eyelids and tired eyes. You can use it cold by keeping it in the freezer or warm it up in the microwave for a few seconds. It's soothing when I have migraines.

Headache relief
I suffer from chronic headaches and I try my best not to use medications to alleviate the symptoms as I want the best for my liver. Thank be used many help packs in the past, most very uncomfortable with hard seams and Velcro straps that stick in my hair. No thank you. The soft individual beads feel like heaven when I’m in need. I store mine in the cheese door of my fridge to keep chilled, just in case.

Refreshing!
Was recommended because I'm on the computer alot. Can be placed in the fridge for cooling effect or placed in warm water for warm soothing effect. Highly recommend.

Amazing
I keep mine in the freezer for allergy season. It feels like having cold cucumbers on your eyes at the spa. During allergy season it helps relieve the puffiness I get around my eyes and gives me much needed relief

This is a must have for headaches and migraines or just to relax! I suffer from migraines badly and this always helps with some relief! I had this for years before having to replace. I leave it in the freezer
