Kotex U - Dreamwear Period Underwear
Overall, this is a great new product for your period! After getting over the initial feeling of disposable underwear, these were very comfortable. They provide great coverage and leak protection during the heavy flow days. It gives you a peace of mind knowing your period won't leak onto your clothing. The fit was perfect for me. The only thing I did not like was the upper part or the underwear rips easily if you pull it up too hard or if your nails are long.

Dependable overnight protection
This disposable period underwear provides great protection overnight for those with a heavy flow. I felt secure wearing them to bed and didn't have to worry about leaks at all. I am a size 12-14 and it fit alright, a bit snug. The box says it fits up to size 20 but I don't think it would fit anyone size 18-20. They were visibly bunchy so you couldn't wear them out of the house. I worry about the sustainability of this product becuase of the waste it produces and I wonder how biodegradable it is. Overall, if you have heavy periods and tampons or pads don't quite cut it, this would be a much better overnight option that will prevent leaks even on your heaviest nights.

Good but not for me
They were good and worked for what you need them too! I found they were thicker than I expected (but makes sense) and weren’t as comfy to sleep in. But that’s just a personal preference

Absorbent but Small
The Dreamwear worked really well! They slip on easily and the fabric is really soft and comfortable. They absorbed everything so if you have heavy periods, and need to get up in the middle of the night, this product is a lifesaver! No more messy underwear or bedding. The only issue I had was that I tried a L/XL and they were a bit small. This is the size I normally wear, so I'm not sure if it was just the cut or poor sizing in general. Overall, satisfied with the absorbency but no the sizing.

Not form fitting or for the day
Underwear are big and bulky, uncomfortable and not formed to fit. Underwear constantly shifts out of place and dosnt sit well in pants. I recommend only wearing for night time purposes.

Like wearing a diaper
I received U by Kotex DreamWear free in exchange for this review but the opinions I share are my own. I was looking forward to giving these a try as wearing pads can feel awkward and uncomfortable but these are so much worse! They come up way to high and it feels like everyone can see that you're wearing a diaper! This will not be a product I would ever purchase or recommend!

Sizing is majorly off
I was hoping for the best with this product and was actually excited to try it. Unfortunately, it fell flat right from the get go. The sizing is way way wayyyy off. In this day in age, you shouldn't label something as going to a size 20 if it is not stretchy enough to go over a 14. I literally couldn't even cover my butt with these "dreamwear" undies. Nevermind the fact that I tore them trying to even pull them up. I don't even have long or sharp nails. I can't imagine them staying together if you had any sort of nail extensions. I was expecting the 'hospital' type stretchiness with the absorbancy that I've come to know from Kotex. Unfortunately, this was FAR from even being a good product.

Nice product
Nice product The product is different and innovative and on says of heavy flow this was very useful . It was not too uncomfortable and did not leak too .I would very much buy this product as is a good product for some days when you need double protection. the material is also not too uncomfortable.

Best period underwear as tested of today
The underwear is of right size and was really very comfortable on my period night. It soaks really well and their was no leakage. I would definitely buy and recommend it.
