When I started taking berocca regularly I found I had more energy in the morning and throughout the day. Berocca is easy to use and tastes good. If yare feeling like you need an energy boost I definitely recommend taking berocca regularly.

Really liked how easy it was to have a berocca each morning, and the taste and fizziness is really nice. It’s great that they are sugar free too. I wish the packaging was a little bit easier to open but apart from that I am satisfied

Berocca is a super convenient energy source. Pleasant tasting, quickly dissolving in water and nice and fizzy - a great way to get that morning energy burst. I found my concentration was better and it was easier to make it through the work day. I would recommend this to anyone whose "get up and go" has got up and gone.

Normally I'm not one to take vitamins and supplements which was mostly the reason I decided to participate in htis trial. I did notice some improvement in my energy levels when taking it in the morning for a few hours or so afterwards. I did also notice, however, that it seemed to affect my sleep negatively in that I kept waking up 2-3 times per night and struggled to return to sleep - but I can't say for sure whether it was down to the Berocca though. Overall the convenience was great, the taste was fine and my urine was fluoro!
