Coconut Rough

This is my goto chocolate now, it use to Caramello, but this reminds me of my childhood with the bite size coconut rough.

Cadbury used to be good

Cadbury chocolate used to be some of the best out there but since being taken over by the American company, the chocolate has an oily texture which makes for an unpleasant mouth feel. The coconut flavour in this one is ok (reason I tried it) but the chocolate lets it down. There are much better chocolate brands available in New Zealand.

Guilty pleasure

This flavour has gotta be in my top 3 favourite Cadbury flavours. Creamy milky chocolate, yummy toasted coconut. Almost perfect ratio! I would say I’d like it a touch less coconutty, otherwise delish!

If you love coconut, then you will love the taste of Cadbury Dairy Milk Coconut Rough, chocolate. We personally put our chocolate in the fridge, and somehow the taste of the chocolate comes through with the added ingredients of the coconut.

Coconut rough is a child hood fave my nan and mum always had some in there purse this is a nice balanced dairy milk chocolate and coconut highly recommended

Cadbury's Coconut Rough

This is one of my favourites in the Cadbury slab range. The rough, crunchy texture of the coconut combined with the smooth texture of the milk chocolate brings out the delicious flavours of both.

Stingy size

Gone are the days of the big blocks. Ever since the Dunedin factory closed Cadbury went down in my estimations. Coconut rough is a nice flavour but it's more like a bar than a block of chocolate now. Such a shame.

Coconut lovers dream!

I absolutely LOVE this chocolate! Coconut anything is a favourite in my house and this chocolate well and truely pulls through. It has an outstanding amount of coconut in it, a great ratio of coconut to chocolate. It’s easier to eat so much in one sitting and is a great after dinner (or any time really!) treat. I love the texture of this block of chocolate and it leaves me feeling satisfied. For coconut and non coconut fans alike, I would definitely recommend this block of chocolate- and for that price?! Who could say no! 10/10
