John Frieda Intense Purple Violet Crush Sheer Blonde Purple Shampoo

I have white peek a boo highlights under my dark brown hair. This purple shampoo is perfect for keeping the brass down and the silver shining. However if you are looking for something to change your hair colour lighter then this isn’t it. It will not remove blonde (or dye it purple. I’ve tried.) Unless you get your hair lightened/bleached this shampoo will only keep down the brass colour. Not turn it blonder.

As blonde I love this so much! It gets all my brassy tones out and has such a nice end result

I find this isn't as good as some of the brands you get from the hairdresser, but not too bad for a supermarket brand. It's reasonably priced and does an ok job, although I feel like it still leaves my hair a bit yellow so prefer to use it no the horse instead. For my hair, I'd rather spend a bit more and get something I know will get the yellow out This is a great buy for our grey horses though and even better and cost effective in the pump bottle!

I tried this a wee while back, as a cheaper solution to the “fudge” brand. While I must say, it did an ‘alright’ job and left my hair feeling soft and toned it slightly, it’s no real comparison to a decent blonde toning shampoo like “fudge”. If you’re new to the blonde scene and want a cheaper shampoo/conditioning option that does the trick- would recommend but if you’re wanting a quick result and willing to spend a bit more, then I would look at a different option :)

I love using this product for toning out the brassy tones in my hair....... It can be slightly drying so I use it every second wash but I do like this product a lot and recommend it to others.

When your hair has been blonde and transitioning to grey - takes all the brassiness away leaving shiny natural looking hair. Love it!!

This is a good product for those with blonde dye in their hair used with the conditioner of same brand.

This is not my every other day shampoo, I use it when my hair looks and feels dull. My natural hair colour is dirty blonde, after using it my hair looks much more blonde and healthy. It smells delicious too!

Works grate would buy this product again. My hair feels amazing
