Fast acting
Absolutely love theses they are so fast acting and get rid of my hay fever really really quickly a little bit pricey but so worth it to not feel like a hot mess who's been beat up with pollens

I have noticed that from the few allergy and sinus captules that works it is top 3 for me, ot is jist a little pricey bit works.

Best antihistamines out.
These are these best fast active antihistamines on the market. I take this for my allergies when they get really bad in spring or summer and am good to go so quickly after taking it. Always keep these close.

Perfect!
Great antihistamine if you have moderate to severe hayfever. I have an allergy to cats and after taking just one of these I was almost instantly relieved! These would be awesome as a smaller pill especially if you are someone who does not go well with pills a bit big in size. Overall a great product and will be buyying these more often

Fast relief without the drowsiness
Was recently recommended this product by my doctor and is now my go to. Almost instant relief, no drowsiness at all, clears everything right away, now im not needing relief daily like i use to. Good investment, worth the price tag.

This was not my go to when I have sinus but was unable to get my regular fix so was recommended Telfast wow wont go back to regular as Telfast worked so fast, felt great and cleared for the rest of the day. Would highly recommend Telfast.

Best hay-fever medicine I have tried
I’m quite sensitive when it comes to tablets and I have found in the past that some medicines don’t work but this one definitely did and didn’t make me drowsy
