I never run out of this at my house
I always buy this everytime I go grocery shopping. I use it for soups, my tsokolate de batirol and my coffee. It's the best tasting evaporated milk for me.

A little too sweet
It's good for desserts because it's sweet. No need to add too much sugar, which is a bonus. However I don't like putting it in savory foods as I find it difficult to balance the sweetness to the dish. Nonetheless, I definitely love this for my desserts.

Affordable yet quality
Angel evap milk is more affordable compared to other classic brands available in the market but surprisingly you cannot tell the difference in the quality, it tastes good as well, my mom loves using this for our Mirienda whenever she prepares halo-halo and saging con yelo.

i like how affordable this is. for me, it is an excellent evap milk for desserts. but if you're making sopas, i don't recommend this milk. it has tha sweet taste perfect for halo-halo, tho.
