I feel more energetic and stronger after drinking Anlene Total 10. The vanilla flavour is nice and the taste it great. It's definitely a great drink to ensure sufficient nutrients intake. The only improvement is maybe to make it easier to dissolve.

Sometimes it does not dissolve in water as much as what I like.

Anlene Total 10 is quite pleasant with a mild smell and taste. It is suitable for daily drink and help to strengthen your bones. I would recommend it but I find out that the price is quite costly.

The recommended amount of milk powder per serving is too much for my liking. I find the milk too sweet, and perhaps a little too thick, although I do enjoy the milk flavour and creaminess. The listed ingredients and vitamins are great though, makes a wholesome beverage. It will be even better if the maltodextrin is lowered.
