Inconvenient and Stinging
While I can’t say for sure the product doesn’t work for dark spots after a mere 2-week trial, I sure find it a hassle to have an additional skincare step to my morning rush routine; the SPF is too low and I can’t have it replace my sunblock. Secondly, it leaves me a stinging sensation as if I have glycolic acid exfoliater on; not a good feeling on a daily basis. Thirdly, it leaves my skin dry and peeling despite having applied moisturizer before this layer. I have mixed skin type.

Not very effective for me
Unfortunately, I did not see very marked/visible improvements after using this product for 1 week. However, it does have a very nice scent and was easy to apply without having the 'sticky' feeling that some products leave on the face after application. Hence, i will still recommend to others as the lack of visible results may just be due to my skin type. Others may get better results. (My lid was a little cracked when i received the product as well, don't think it affected the moisturizer and i still continued to use it after testing on my hand for a couple of days first). The smooth application is a big plus so i will still recommend others to try if they are looking to switch product. Also, my face do feel more hydrated immediately after the application.

Light and airy cream

Result in 3 weeks 4 dull spot
The bright day cream smell very powdery which smell nice in the mask. It very light on the face and in the same time allows your face to feel hydrated. Dull patches will fade off abit in 3 weeks plus(based on face condition). Will recommend

Lightweight, hydrating, smooth
I have a dull, sensitive, acne-prone skin with some pigmentation, dark and acne spots, and I ended up loving L'Oreal Glycolic Bright Day Cream! First of all, it smelled amazing that you would want to use it again and again! The texture is smooth and lightweight, and at the same time rich enough to be super hydrating. My skin felt glowy and smoother after 2 weeks usage, and dark spots also appeared to be slightly lesser; although will need more time to see if stubborn acne marks will disappear. The product didn't break me out at all; instead it made my skin feel so good and I would consider purchasing it when this gets over.
