Good economical chocolate.
This chocolate melts well and doesn't separate or get oily. I have bought many times and the quality is always good. Good choice if you are looking for economical baking chocolate.

Love this baking chocolate
I absolutely love using this chocolate in chocolate chip cookies. The cookies turn out way more aesthetically pleasing and tasty than when using chocolate chips. I highly recommend.

A little bit more bitter than I expected, but really good! I am excited to use these to bake cookies with. Will use again if I am sent them!

Excellent, semi-sweet chocolate chips!
I buy these a lot! These have just the right amount of sweetness and melt great. They are a much higher quality chocolate than others.

My opinion
This brand was very good because well it was not too sweet or it wasn't to bitter although it did leave a bitter after taste overall it was good. I recommend it

Perfect for all baking needs
This bar is exactly what I need for all my baking needs. I've used it in brownies, cookies, and even ice cream. It's easy to tell the difference between this and other, cheaper chocolate baking bars. Ghirardelli is truly decadent and it elevates anything I bake. I highly recommend giving it a try!

DECADENT!
DECADENT! Need I say more? I love using Ghirardelli chocolate for all of my baking needs. It's rich and melts really well in deserts. I use it as my go-to addition for my famous chocolate-chip cookies, especially around the holidays.

Good chocolate
It’s a good chocolate though tends to be on the more bittersweet then semi-sweet side. It’s melts easily and smoothly so works great for a ganache or to put into cookies and baking.
