Helps with Seasonal Allergies
I wanted to wait until springtime to try this product since I suffer from seasonal allergies. I don't like to take medicine, so I was looking for an alternative treatment. The Mypurmist 2 Handheld Ultrapure Steam Inhaler really gave me a lot of relief. I was quite stuffed up, and it helped clear my nasal passages. It feels almost spa-like to use it - like I am pampering myself. This will be my new go to during allergy season.

my Purmist 2 dilemmas
I liked this at first thought it was good, not great for unplugging me in the morning and for throat flem back up but you had to keep it on your face for a long time. After a while, it stopped operating the malfunction of the switch. I called the company and emailed them directly and told them - they gave me instructions to prime it but was not a prime issue. Then they refused to help me any further as I had not bought the product. Not happy now what do I do with it??

Great product to help with allergies!
I’m a long time sufferer of allergies and loved that this product can help not only clear sinuses without medication but also is easy to use. I like that the mask is built in and you can hold it to your face , even if laying down. The cord is really long and it does not make much noise while running so you can watch tv. The eucalyptus also helps clear sinuses if used. Winter is always worse since everything is so dry so this helps keep nose and throat moist. I really loved that the product is self cleaning! The reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the only way to refill the water is the little vials which are not easy to find and expensive. Other than that this is a great product for allergies!

I have been using a neti pot for about 2 years to clean my sinuses and I love this so much more. Why, because of how easy and effective the Ultrapure Steam Inhaler is. You in held all of the steam and the way it turns itself off at the end of the drying time is priceless.

Helps with sinus pressure
I used this daily in the evenings before I went to bed. During the night, my sinuses and sinus cavities get very dry and can be quite painful at times, even though I drink plenty of water throughout the day, and I was hoping this would help. I would also use it in the mornings to help clear my sinuses due to my allergies I have. When I awoke in the mornings, my nasal passages and mouth was still dry and often my lips were cracked. As for my allergy symptoms, I did notice some improvement in the pressure I feel in my sinuses under my eyes, it wasn't as pronounced as it usually is.

Nice product
I enjoyed the choice of heat settings. I used the 2nd setting while my nephew turned it to max. The aromatherapy capsules were wonderful also. I wish that there were more scents to choose from. I am not sure if I liked the water capsules. I feel that it adds more waste and it could get expensive if you have to constantly buy them. I think a syringe/medicine dropper should be provided and then you could just buy some sterile water. My nephew stated that the unit was leaking. I confirmed a leak. He had it on max heat so I wonder if it may have been excess condensation. Overall, this product did seem to help my breathing. I would recommend it.
