RAW Nutrition Essential Pre Workout Powder Fruit Burst

I was really excited to try this pre-workout! I've used pre-workouts in the past but don't currently use anything other than coffee or energy drinks before working out. I thought the flavor was okay. Not something I would be excited to drink everyday, but it was sweet and fruity. It says to start with 1 scoop and if you need more you can do 2 scoops so I started with 3/4 of a scoop because I didn't want to feel jittery. This stuff made me feel SO weird. My skin felt like it was tingling, I got a headache, I didn't feel any kind of additional energy or motivation before or during my workout. I honestly am afraid to even try another scoop. If you're used to pre-workouts, this may work for you, but I would not buy it again.

The container is a large size so it will last depending on if you use 1 or 2 scoops. I chose to use one. It gives a a major boost of energy to get up and push through another workout. It dissolves well in cold water and actually tastes great.

An easy flavor and tasteful pre-workout with a minimum chemical taste. As an experienced lifter, this is an intermediate pre-workout. You don't have to worry about tweaking after consuming it, keep in mind that although the energy won't be maxed out, its slow caffeine technique formula will make you stay awake hours after consuming. For me, 2 hours with a half scoop and 3-4 hours with a full scoop. It does everything as advertised. I cannot complain. Great Taste, Great Value, and Good Energy! 5 stars

my wife absolutely loves this thing, it's like a heartattack in a glass, but in the best possible way ! the flavor was wonderful as well. i think the color was also a tad bit glittery ? fabulous.

This product was exactly what I was looking for in a pre-workout supplement. Not only did it taste good and was easy to drink but it gave me just the right amount of energy (without nasty caffeine jitters!) and motivated me to hit my workout routine with gusto. I would recommend this 10/10 and will make it a staple in my workout regiment.

I’ve used this a handful of times now and I’m impressed. First off, the texture when mixed into a drink is nearly nonexistent. I was so thrilled about this as some powders taste so grainy and chalky. Not this one as it mixes so well with water! Second, it really works. I feel on top of the world when I take this and I only take one scoop. Gives me so much energy and I feel so focused. The only reason I deducted a star was due to the fact that it makes me itch the first 10 minutes after taking it all. However, if you can get past that then I don’t see there being enough reason not to buy this! Definitely will continue to.

I like to stay around the 200mg mark for caffeine so this was perfect. Good energy, good pump, felt the tingle, and tasted great! Best part is that it is cost effective. Simple yet effective formula, must try!

This is a good supplement to give you a nutritional boost to pull you through a hard workout. With Essential pre workout a little goes a long way so don't overdo it. The flavoe is great . kinda fruit puch smoothie tasting!

Although it tastes amazing..I mean it's really good it even creates like a tingle in your mouth that's very pleasant. As far as energy absolutely! I used one scoop with 8 ounces of water and it was insanely effective it was a great go go tonmy vibe...now here is why I'm rating it a 3..I could not stay off the toilet..thinking I possibly ate something that disagreed with me I continued use an additional two days and same results..whatever came in must almost immediately come out..now I don't know if that's supposed to be happening or not but for me its nonly reason I will not continue use of this product. Give it a try maybe it's just me just make sure you stay close to the toilet just in case!!!

This product is 14oz it came in fruit burst flavor. It suggest one scoop and working your way up to two scoops a day before working out. The flavor is really good. This is a great product to use before hitting the gym.

This would be my first time using pre workout and I have some mixed feelings regarding it. First off the taste is great! Which was honestly unexpected, so that’s a huge plus. The second, and probably worst part is the weird burning/tingling sensation that comes about 30 mins after using. That part I really didn’t like and was a little concerned with at first. Thankfully it did subside after a while. Lastly, I was expecting more energy than I experienced. Perhaps I should've taken the 2 scoops, but it recommended only 1 scoop until you discovered tolerance. All in all, I did get a small amount of energy and it tasted great. Only wish I wasn’t so concerned with that burning feeling.

For a pre-workout drink it tastes pretty good and gives me that feel good kinda energy.

I buy this for me son. This is the only Pre-Workout he uses now. He loves the flavor and the results. They have specials sometimes to where you can get a great discount. I have to buy this for him regularly because he goes through it so fast.
