The overall sound of this guitar is pretty good. The accessory kit gives you everything you would need in order to get started with learning the guitar (except maybe the lessons) extra strings in case you break one, picks, a tuner, a strap and even a stand. The stand is the one item of the accessory kit that seems unnecessary but that makes it that much nicer to have. The guitar itself is pretty standard. It's seems to be a standard width fingerboard so may not be the easiest for people with small hands but will help to train them to use a standard guitar. The sound's nothing special but its not bad at all. Overall the perfect first guitar.

This beginner's guitar has a lot going for it. It feels decently made for a first time guitar. I like that you don't have to spend a lot if you or your kids aren't sure if a guitar is for them. It took some time to tune up, the included tuner was not super helpful but it's included. One of the strings kept popping off during the tuning but finally got it back in and tuned. The bag is nice for keeping it dust free, not sure what they mean by 5mm padding. I really like the foldable stand that is included as well as the extra strings. I ended up tossing the pic holder but thats a miner issue. Overall a beginner's value guitar. I'm still glad I have it.

I received the RockJam Acoustic Guitar Kit and let my 13 year old son try it out. He is in his school's band and is trying out several instruments. This came at the perfect time. He absolutely loves playing acoustic! Turns out he is a natural musician.

The guitar was beautiful and great to play. I loved all the accessories that came with it - the tuner, gear heads, steal strings, picks, stands, etc. It made the guitar easy to use and to learn and I am excited to continue to take the lessons and immerse myself in learning how to play. This is a great gift for a begginer player whether child or adult!

Welcome to RockJam. I have never heard of this brand before this test and I am impressed. I had tried to learn guitar years ago and had an electric guitar that broke almost immediately, but that wasn't the case with this one. I have been using this guitar daily for the past week or so and I have made so much progress. the guitar itself is well made and sturdy. The stand is stable and compact which helps to take on-the-go. The tuner is very entry level but works for what you need it to do. now the bad. The bag feels really flimsy and doesnt provide pretection the way you would need for transportation. The strings that came installed on the guitar break easily, but the ones that come with the kit are more quality. The pick holder is ok but can be difficult to get the picks out. Overall this is a great guitar. Paired with the Simply app with one month subscription you can be a novice guitarist in no time.
