Great insoles!
The Spenco Propel+Carbon Insoles are an awesome product. I ordered these for my husband to try as he has been getting bad shin splints and cramps in his legs the past few months. After putting these insoles in his shoes, he is standing taller and feeling much better. Thank you for making such a needed and helpful product!

Propel & carbon excellent for my feet!
The most comfort way to enjoy my running. The design is very cool. Gives me that motive to run fast and challenge myself. Carbon speed is amazing and the best foot alignment t and supportive.

not comfortable
I personally cannot wear these for running. Maybe im not used to it yet but i need something with more bounce i guess. This didnt really cut it for me as they arent made from the best material in my opinion...i know its for running but when im doing my stretches it felt like if i moved in a wrong position with too much force it might break and it actually hurt my foot and felt like it was putting more pressure to my ankles instead of distributing/exerting the force of it away from my ankles.

Pick a smaller size than your foot
These were way too big to fit into my shoe I tried shoving them into a couple pairs of shoes and they wouldn't fit even though I chose the size that corresponded with my foot size so my recommendation will be to get a smaller size than what your actual foot size is

Didn't fit right
These insoles did not quite fit my shoes. The size range is a wide and I don't see how they could fit a 10 or 11.5. I am right in the middle at 10.5 and found them to be slightly small for my foot and shoe. The carbon does not allow any flexibility and they hurt my foot while running. I could see how these could be comfortable and worth the price, if you could ensure that they fit your foot correctly.

Spenco Propel Carbon Inserts
I bought a new pair of running shoes and placed these in after removing the old inserts and they fit perfectly! They were a little hard at first and I thought that they might hurt my feet because there really isn’t any cushion to them but it was just the opposite…..they make my feet feel more stable! I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs support in their shoes and an arch support as well!

Pretty good
When I first opened the box and saw and felt them with my hands I thought these are way too hard how could they be comfortable? But to my surprise they were comfortable. They offer good support. I do feel like my running got better especially my classes I take at the gym. I thought they were really good.

excellent templates
I love these insoles because the carbon plate makes every foot strike an experience of feeling a sense of propulsion and energy. I do not have to make an expense to buy some shoes suitable for running, just put the insoles and voila, they become the best sports shoes. I do not get tired and I give more running

Good Insoles for Arch Support
I tried the Spenco Propel + Carbon Insole sample provided by Home Tester Club. I am a walker/runner and generally put on about 70 miles a week so I go through shoes quickly and need extra support. I found these insoles to provide some additional support and they weren't too rigid as to cause pain in the arch of my foot.

Comfortable shoe liners
These are very comfortable for your feet snd shoes. They help support your feet and keeps them feeling great all day when you walk a lot. They go into your shoes very well. Just slide them in and start your day ms with a comfortable feeling all the time.

Burn up those miles!

Not so Great
At first glance, those insoles are great but they don't work great. They don't even fit my shoes. When I tried them on my shoes, they were very tight and uncomfortable. The insoles don't give a lot of support for my feet. I wish they would confirm my shoes size before sending the product.
