Extra cushioning
I have used these in the past in my work shoes. Spending long hours on my feet made my heel hurt. This offer a little extra cushioning to feet and I could feel the difference right away. Only bad thing is that they wear away fast with everyday use.

Almost instant relief
I've have plantar fasciitis for years and nothing has helped. I need arch AND heel support and often have to choose one over the other. But these give relief to both areas! I cut them to fit in my shoes and can wear them all day without pain. I used to hobble around or limp, but these give relief almost instantly. If you like to wear flats, these are a game changer. I wouldn't wear them with heels or sandals, but flats, sneakers and boots are great with these and no longer painful. They absorb the shock when you step down and provide great support in your instep/arch. Definitely recommend getting a pair of these for each pair of shoes in your closet.

Didn’t really help
I was having really bad heal pain. I was told by my doctor it was plantar fasciitis. I tried these inserts hoping for some relief. It relieved it a little but not enough. I was still in quite a bit of pin. The only thing that really helped was switching the kind of shoes I wore. Once I did that my pain was gone in a few months.

Every time I buy a new pair of shoes, I make sure I buy a new pair of these to go with them. They are so comfortable and the only inserts to help with my plantar fasciitis

My feet are thankful
My feet are flat as can be. I get that from my grandma. I am so thankful I came across these and made the purchase because I had tried multiple things and different shoe types. Nothing was helping even when I wore tennis shoes. It is a huge relief now that I can put these pads into pretty much any type of shoe expect my sandals. I am walking much more comfortably and can handle a lot more time on my feet thanks to these. Would highly recommend if you need to alleviate foot pain

These Helped Me!
My hubby actually got these for me for a favorite pair of flat-heeled shoes that had unexpectedly stretched out (and I was too lazy and cheap to buy a new pair, lol!). They definitely helped with the fit and, more importantly, with the foot pain. Worth the price!

Finally…relief!!

Really works!
My husband has plantar fasciitis … went to multiple pediatrics and kept recommending $500+ custom shoe inserts. He kept trying multiple ones on amazon till he found this one! He ordered a couple ,one for each shoe and really helps with the pain and pressure!!

Just ok
I thought these would help my gait, but the arch support was so firm on this insole that it rubbed my foot raw and gave me blisters. I was in so much pain at the end of the day, I ripped them out. Idk if my shoe wasn’t right or I didn’t get the right size, but these hurt so bad, actually trigged my PF

Good product. With my experience, they have worn out pretty fast working in a retail setting but definitely do the job for a while and makes a difference.

Helps wth walking on hard floors.
I have bad knees so when I walk on hard floors constantly, this has helped relieve pressure on my knees and also my back. It's extra padding works wonders.

Drop foot help
Being an multiple sclerosis patient has caused drop foot and nerve damage so these are required in all my shoes to help with the pain.

LOVE this
I had ankle surgery which caused my foot to form plantar fasciitis when i was only 25. This helped get my foot back into its natural state. I still wear them since they are comfy as well

Painful Feet no More
I walk a ton and my feet hurt which makes my entire body suffer. I found these and immediately put them in my shoe. They have been a life changer. I would recommend this product.
