Vitamode® CoQ10 Ubiquinol

You may try this product first whether it suitable to your body needs. Different bodies reflects different results. My review for 10 days I ate, most probably not enough days. I should try for few months or at least for 1 month. For 10 days, some days I feel better, some days I feel the same. I have problems of fatiques, low energy level & body ache. I will try this again! I read up the benefits of Coenzyme Q10 before I tested Vitamode CoQ10 Ubiquinol for 10 days, followed by an observation period of 7 days. Although non related, for the benefit of the test, I also measure my blood pressure daily to monitor for any changes. I am 48 years old, very energetic person that does 4 exercises weekly that includes both cardio and weight. After consuming Vitamode CoQ10 Ubiquinol, I do not find extra energy generation during my exercise, nor through the day, for the period of 10 days of consumption and 7 days extra of observation. There is also no increase nor reduction of tiredness. My blood pressure also is consistent through this period of consumption and monitoring. It is worth noting that my blood pressure has been 120/75. After reading up on CoQ10, I believe in its benefits, especially in reducing fatigue and being a powerful antioxidant. However I believe these benefits may take longer period of consumption to realize.

It's a good product to keep you energised all day if you want to complete your daily activities.
