Always Discreet Underwear Pants Medium For Bladder Leaks

These underwear pants were the most uncomfortable product I’ve used for period or incontinence for a very long time. They rubbed and clumped and were generally unpleasant to wear. I would not buy these as I’d be concerned about the environmental impact and ongoing cost. They would be ok in an emergency if there was no other option.

Very comfortable. No difference to wearing normal underwear. No leakage with bladder overflow.

I liked the shape of the padding on the inside which is very comfortable. They are not too bulky in the right places. They give me confidence while wearing them allowing me to not have to look for a toilet when out and about. I don't have any leakage this saves me not having to take extra underwear out with me. They have a pleasant smell to them. I would recommend Always Discreet to other females that have bladder leakage.

I was expecting them to be less bulky. Felt more like a nappy than underpants.

These were surprisingly comfortable and I didn't feel like I was wearing a nappy like I thought I would. I buy size 14 knickers and the medium size of Always Discreet fit just right. I don't have a severe or overly regular problem with bladder leakage but occasionally as I am getting older I find that I am "just" making it to the loo and sometimes the flow just starts before I sit so it's good to know that Always Discreet will keep me safe and dry if I should not quite make it to the loo seat in time - especially if I am out and about. I liked the design of the Underwear Pants as well - they looked pretty with the little purple bows and flowers printed on. If I'm going to wear something like this I'd rather that than boring beige. They also have a lovely mild scent which helps with odour control. I highly recommend Always Discreet and would definitely buy once I have finished my Home Tester Club samples.

its ok for smaller leaks but would not recommend it for floods or major leakage. Found it to be very comfortable to wear. For anything more than minor leaks, I guess, you could use it with a sanitary pad, to give you that extra protection and confidence. Still not sure that even with a sanitary pad, you could use it for floods or major leakages. Will definitely recommend for smaller leaks. Would have like to have trialled a washable pair of underwear pants though.

These were really comfortable & fitted great. I felt every confident using them as they worked well & you couldn't tell i had them on under any pair of pants. Totally Recommend

the pants themselves were comfortable and captured all my leakage - however the panty lines were still visible through jeans and i felt very self conscious - i don't think i could have worn them under light material or skirts. i could also hear them rustling against my jeans as i walked but no one commented. They have a mild scent which made me think of babies nappies and while they didn't leak they did feel quite hot and humid to wear and the internal lining was moist to the touch which made me feel 'sweaty''

I have worn other brands but have found these much more comfortable. I should have stated that the large size would be better but I managed anyway. I had no problems putting them on, just like normal pants. I found that the side seams are very strong and withstood stretching and straining without any tears. My fingernails did not go through the fabric as happens with other brands. They fitted snugly in all the right places without any rubbing or chafing. y only issue was that the packet was hard to open as it didn't have any tear line as on other brands, I ended up having to use scissors to open the packet. Otherwise, the product is a 10 out of 10.

They are definitely comfortable to fit and wear. They felt a little unusual at first but became comfortable.. The one thing I didn't like was it created like a chafe which became itchy

These underpants kept me dry even if I coughed or sneezed. With other pants I would always find leakage problems and sometimes even have to change my clothes

I thought Always Discreet Underwear Pants Medium For Bladder Leaks was terrific I did not even know I was wearing them and I felt confident and secure all day lone.

The product worked well in containing any leakage and was comfortable to wear. Great absorbency and a gentle fit. It was too highly scented for me and I would personally prefer an unscented product. Overall, it performed as I’d hoped which was great. Thank you for the opportunity to test this product.
