DivaCup

Prior to having kids I loved the diva cup, so convenient, easy to use and ofcourse better for our health and the environment. However since having kids I find the cup quite uncomfortable to wear and I just can't seem to get a good fit.

The DivaCup was not as impressive as I had hoped it would be. While the idea of a reusable menstrual cup seemed promising, I found it uncomfortable and difficult to use. Inserting and removing the cup proved to be a challenge, and it often leaked, causing embarrassing and inconvenient situations. The silicone material felt stiff and not as comfortable as I expected, making it hard to forget it was there. Additionally, cleaning the cup between uses was cumbersome and messy. I also experienced some irritation and discomfort during use, which made me hesitant to continue using it. Overall, the DivaCup did not live up to my expectations, and I will be exploring other menstrual products that are more comfortable and user-friendly for my needs.

The diva cup was my first entry into using a menstrual cup and it was a game changer. However I now know that there are better models out there (in my opinion). It’s not bad, but I prefer other brands

I love the idea of the diva cup. I used mine for a couple of months. It’s wonderful and holds a fair amount. But I no longer reach for it. Pre baby, I wasn’t a fan of the cleaning process. Post baby the process is no longer strange. It’s a great product for sustainable reasons, but may not be for everyone.

I bought and used this product a few times before I had my first son. I enjoyed not having to use tampons and I found liner and pad to irritate my eczema. So this was a great product to use. Kt takes some getting used to. There will be leaks until you work out how to get it in the right position for your body. But once you work that out it's super convenient.

I first tried the Diva Cup 5 years ago. I always wanted to try one as in my line of work, 'normal' sanitary items weren't practical. The cup was a life changer. I have had two in the five years (as the cat got it :(), at first it takes a bit to master but is the best thing out there. Good for you and the planet

I started using a Diva Cup over 4 years ago, and have never looked back since. At first it did take some getting used to - the first 1-2 days, I questioned my purchase and thought I'd never feel comfortable with the cup in. But after this adjustment period, I now completly forget that the Diva Cup is even in to begin with. There have been days where I actually forget I'm on my period due to this comfort. Insertion/removal did take some practice - I find the 7 fold method to work best for me personally.

This was a fantastic cup that rarely leaked right up until i got pregnant. There is a slight learning curve for inserting and removal but once you have the hang of it you will never want to go back to pads or tampons.

On the heavier days I use the cup in combination with washable period underwear. The cup feels much better for "down there" than tampons or pads, and means absolutely no landfill at that time of the month. I can't recommend this enough - go for it ladies!

Calculating how much I used to spend on menstrual products each month, I've literally saved thousands of dollars by making the switch to this environmentally friendly alternative, even factoring in replacing the cup after 10 years, as recommended. This is one of the greatest eco switches you can make as a woman! It saves an incredible amount of useless waste going into landfill and taking years to break down. It also saves you a ton of money, so if money is tight, I'd suggest investing in one of these because you only need one and you NEVER have to purchase pads or tampons EVER AGAIN! It will save you heaps in the long run. It comes with instructions on how to use it which is helpful for beginners. Much like a tampon, once you have it in you shouldn't feel it at all. It's easy to rinse and clean and saves you space in storing sanitary items as well. Win win!

Life-changing, no more messy bunchy pads or stinky tampons in the bin, a women's freedom from waste and enjoy more space in the bathroom! Sizing info is great and can be used for all girls and women who get their period. Environmental impacts be gone!

I transitioned over to a diva cup 7 years ago and have never looked back, I have not had to purchase pads or tampons since saving me thousands of dollars. It makes getting through my period a breeze it does take a little while to get used to but once you have the hang of it ….soooo amazing! I would highly recommend giving them a try

I’ve been using a diva cup for years, it’s more hygienic, easy to clean, simple and better for the environment. They can take a little getting used to, but once you get the fold and rotate method down you’re grand!

I have been using the Diva cup since 2018 and I am so glad that I have found it. The first few times I used it I was not certain about if I was using it right and it took a few periods to get used to it but now that I am used to using this it is easy to use and easy to forget that I am using it. I have never had any issues with leaking and I find it great that it has markers which lets you see how much blood you are releasing. This is a great product which means that I no longer need to worry about pad rash or changing my pad / tampon when I am not at home as this does not need to be cleaned every few hours therefore I don't have to worry about it throughout the day. Using the DivaCup is also much more friendly to the environment and cheaper than pads. I only wish I found this earlier.
