Tefal Ingenio Jamie Oliver Non-Stick Induction 3 Piece Frypan Set

I've got my own standard Tefal frypan, that I got because I liked the idea of the preheat hotspot indicator, but this set is genuinely next level. Solid (but easy to maneuver & not too weighty) stainless steel base, usual hotspot indicator etc but the really cool part is the removable handle. So it can literally go from cooktop to oven, to table to fridge. I was keen to see if the handle being removable would make it unstable during cooking, but even with a full pan, it's totally secure to flip, lift, shuffle etc. I cooked chicken with a sticky sauce and it still literally wiped completely clean afterwards with a paper towel, which is another HUGE win! I will use a lot less oil next time, because it's non stick coating is very effective, which is a great way for me to reduce my butter/oil use. The removable handle also means it stacks perfectly in limited cupboard space I have, with the smaller pan neatly inside too. The removable handle means I could even have 2 dishes going at once.

I'm very impressed with the pans, the removable handle is genius it make storing and stacking them so much easier. I've cooked a lot of meals in them since receiving them, bacon and eggs, rissoles and stuffed chicken breasts. It is so convenient to move things from the stove into the oven. The pans look to be good quality and I've had no issues with food sticking or catching on the non stick coating at all.

The concept is great with the removable handle which is easy to click on and off. According to the instructions the maximum heat is only low to medium which kind of defeats the purpose of cooking on the stove then finishing it in the oven. Additionally, there are no lids which compliment these pans. I have searched for matching lids to purchase however these are not in the 24-28 cm size.

The Jamie Oliver Non Stick Frypan Set has been a wake up call for me and the quality of the frypans I have used before. The frypans evenly distributed heat, and maintained a consistent temperature the entire cook. Surprisingly the frypan actually gave a good crust to my steak, something I’ve never had before and the convenience of being able to remove the handle and pop it all into the oven to finish cooking was incredible. Whilst my steak was cooking in the oven I whipped up an omelette for the kids and was amazed by how ‘non stick’ the non stick coating was, and how easy it was to flip the omelette. Once I was done I just wiped both frypans over with a damp cloth and hot soapy water and they were all done, no scrubbing or scratching. Storage is a breeze, they simply stack into each other and fit under my saucepans and no handles in the way is the best. I highly recommend these frypans and will definitely repurchase down the track.

Versatility: the double set was handy for cooking small things however the larger pan was not quite big enough for cooking meals for our family of 4 and would often spill a small amount when mixed. Stackable: I am scared stacking them that I might scratch the non stick so space saving wise it is handy but I'd prefer not to. Handle: I was excited by the removable handle but after using it, other than for washing/cleaning, the removable handle was very annoying. I found it irritating to constantly having to swap them between pans if using both. Also food got caught in it while cooking. I would not buy pans like this again. Non-stick: the non stick is great. I've cooked a range of items and not a thing has stuck in the slightest. Also made for easy cleaning even when the food had dried on. Quality: they feel like good quality pans and I can tell they will last for a long time, unsure if the handle will last as long as the pans.

Purchased on 2018 the pan are in good sizes and very easy storage,the handle make it very handy. For downside ,handle did not last it would get stuck on the pan and unable to release,also they are not dish washer friendly. Overall they aint bad at all. ..

I’m really loving my Tefal pans as I generally don’t have to add any oils or fats to get a great meal with the non stick coating. Paired with induction cooking it’s so fast and less mess than the pans without the non stick coating and gas cooktop cause that always got messy so this winning combo has cut down my cook and clean time. The detachable handles are helpful for storing all the pieces neatly.

i love how they made my life so much easier. i don't have to switch pans anymore for that i put on the stove then put in the oven. i just only need to clean one pot now!!! especially for those who don't own a dishwasher.

I have been using this tool cook with for a while now. I love the heat circle and the non stick coating. Everything cooks evenly and at the right temperature. I highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality cookware
