Only for a select few can use
If you are young and fit, go for it. I found it very hard on my knees, and you want to make sure that you only use when your balance is in top knock shape. The resistance bands are fine. The only part that I thought was good and would work for everyone.

I bought this one with great excitement but didn’t like it much . Wasn’t of great help to me.

Mini steppeur pour la maison
J'ai récemment fait l'acquisition du mini steppeur de Sunny Health & Fitness. Après avoir vu les nombreux commentaires positifs et le fait que le steppeur était a très bon prix, je n'ai pas hésiter à me le procurer et je ne le regrette pas. J'avais peur que ce ne soit pas assez intense mais finalement oui. Très bon exercice à faire en complément à des exercices musculaires. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

Compact and simple to use
Sitting at home during pandemic, I got stiffed muscles. I used sunny health and fitness mini stepper with resistance band to relax my muscles. It's easy to store and helps to exercise indoor or outdoor. Simple to use and worth for money spent.

I have recently recovered from a cancer battle and am now cancer free. However while recovering I gained a lot of weight. I bought the stepper and it works great. It is easy to use and works great

Good little stepper
The stepper is small enough to tuck under the coffee table. The price is super reasonable. The resistance bands are ok but I didn't find as useful. The stepper itself works but do keep your balance so you don't fall over.

Easy to use Great workout if your in a hurry Works arms legs and core really good I would totally recommend this product to a friend .
