Icing Gel Pens
The gel pens were not very consistent. First they came out extremely watery, then clumpy. I tried many different ways to make them more consistent - massage the tube to mix, warmed up in a cup of water. Nothing worked. I would not buy these again.

Gel kit review

Garbage!
this product was garbage!.. The one pink pen was busted open in the box n none of them were jell.. just runny liquid...i even tried refrigerating the n still did not work good.. ruined my cookies!

Amazing product
I loved the icing gel came in pen. It was so easy to create different and fun designs on cookies. My niece and I had a pretty fun “dressing the cookies” time because of this product.

So disappointing- runny and worthless
This was a sad and frustrating product to try and work with. There were actually no instructions on the box or tubes to explain why this product was so poorly. The gel icing was completely separated into liquid and gooey clumps. No matter how much shaking, warming or massaging we did, they were a disaster. Every time we thought the liquid was mixed or out of the tube, you would start a nice decoration of gel and then have a big splat of coloured liquid land on the cookie. Out of 24 cookies there were two that almost were able to hold a design. That is not very good odds.

Easy to use!
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. The pens are very easy to use. I decorate some sugar cookies with them. It was a fun activity with my kids. The result was very good. However as it uses artificial colors, it should be used in moderation.

Fun for the holidays!
Perfect timing to decorate at the holidays! I like handy frosting pens that make it easier to attempt designs on baked cookies. Colour variety was solid as well with a decent amount per pen.

Cookie icing
This icing was not thick enough, it was meant to be pink but compared to other icing brands I really didn't like the texture and also the artifical strawberry like taste. I would not use this again.

Gel fun
I like the variety of colours in the gel. I did find it hard to use, you had to shake it well before you put it on the cookies and I just found that it wasn’t easy to manipulate, and it kind of made a mess when I tried to fix it . To be honest, I am not a baker or very good at decorating things so perhaps someone who is more experienced would find it easier to use. I just had a hard time with it.
