My overall rating for this fountain would be 4 stars because it not only insures fresh drinking water for my cats, but also can be controlled from my phone for an easy turn off/ on. Although I like the fountain style it is kind of noisy while you’re trying to sleep but then again, I have control from phone so i can easily turn it off.

I've tried more fountains for my 2 cats then you could shake a stick at, from the basic fountains to the ones with cartridge style filters. I'm not a huge fan of this design, the filter media could be better, bigger, giving more surface area allowing for better filtering. The design of the lid and filter placement is also annoying with the connectors either wearing down or getting wet (kind of a design flaw for a water fountain) stopping the flow of water sometimes. The amount of flow is so little the amount of stuff getting filtered isn't any better, maybe worse than others available. I never purchased replacement filters, and hooked my old OG fountain back for my kitties to have the cleanest water.

Are use this for my dog ever since I got him as a puppy he would puke after drinking water. This stopped puking.

Great idea. My issue is that the filter gets moldy after a while. Maybe it is just my unit or bad batch of filters.

The idea is great but not the best for med to large dogs, its very messy with the lapping and constantly have to clean it from drule

This product is great for people who are on the go, and don't have time to take care of their pets. I love it!

After filling water it wouldn't turn back on. No matter what setting it was on. Started about a month after we got it.
