Always in stock
When 2 extra strength advil don't do the trick 1-2 of these help within the next hour. Since they have caffeine in them be careful of having them before bedtime. Highly recommend with tylenol/advil

My go to
This is my go to product! I can not live it, literally my bestfriend. No pain and cramps during my period days and i couldn't recommend it enough.

Its good but not great
The product is good for cramps but does not eliminate the pain completely, it helps as a supplement with heat, but not as a stand alone medications, but for emergencies, definitely nice to have

Fast Acting
As I am entering into my forty's all those awful cramps,back pain and bloating are coming back from my teenage years. They are coming back with a vengeance! This Midol Complete is my new best friend. It takes care of everything I am experiencing. This definitely will be becoming a monthly staple in my house. No more painful menstruation and looking like I'm four to five months pregnant. The fight is real ladies. I completely recommend this for any of you menstrual sufferers.

Relief at last!
These are miraculous for me! The took away all of the bloat, gas, heaviness, even helped alleviate the headaches. I still had cramping and pain, but it wasn't nearly as bad without the pills. If you have serious cramps, these may not address the pain, but every other symptom should be taken care of. I prefer the extra strength and I take them a couple of days prior to thestart of my period and I'm so grateful I did. And I'm 50!

This is the only one I use
I have tried other types of pain relief during my period and I found that this one is the only one for me. It takes about 15 to 30 minutes and then I'm able to continue my day as normal. I keep them in my purse all the time.

Worked well
Was suffering from severe cramps second day of cycle. Tried 2 of these and noticed significantly less pain and was able to function. Great relief and decent price. Would recommend.

My go to for headaches & cramps
As well all know that time of the month is no fun, and as I've gotten older the headaches and cramps during that time have gotten worse, in order to help me still get through those days and still manage my daily mom tasks I use midol to help me thru that! They also help with bloating which I tend to get as well.

Only thing that works
For period cramps, this is the only thing that takes them away. I feel like all the other meds take so much longer to work. With this, it works within 20 minutes every single time.
