Finally Got to Sleep!

Sweet dreams are made of this
I found that these worked well, but I still had instances of waking up in the night and not being able to get back to sleep. I fell asleep fairly quickly and didn't wake up feeling groggy, so that was a bonus. I just wish they provided a full night's sleep on a regular basis.
