Excellent after a good workout
I drink this before working out with honey and after the workout without the honey. It is so refreshing and it actually helps me bloating. I am not sure about it (the bloating) but I think it's because I drink this, the bloating is reduced. I love this and have been drinking like this for past year or so.

Wonderful blend of herbs
Tried the product and completely statisfied with taste and quality. Personally, I generally opt for recommending a hearbal formulation instead of any green/yellow/white tea. This tea is indeed a beautiful blend of tulsi, ginger and bay leaves which gives it a very aromatic, refreshing and soothing taste and can be perfectly replaced with Adrak wali chai!! It is very good for people who have throat irritations, minor bodyaches, lazyness during weather change. Indeed it is a perfect blend of herbs for weight watchers as super refreshing replacement of tea or herbal drink to boost health and immunity. Please, give it a try. Remember herbs are always far better than any slimming/processed tea.
