Tasty, placebo, ineffective
This is a very tasty product to consume and is very much a thirst quencher, especially the post sports variation. However, from a recovery perspective, it only hinders my feeling of dehydration after heavy cardio and does not really aid as much in recovery as I had expected , based on the marketing literature. It is however, a pleasant product to consume and I would take it to quench my thirst post workout as a replacement for isotonic drinks as it is convenient to carry around unlike isotonic drinks in a can. However, for the pre sport variation, it dosen't seem to aid me as much as I had expected it to, or perhaps I was looking out for the wrong things.

bitter , fizzy, before and after
I find that the before work out Proviton STR was a bit bitter and does not frizz up so fast. I also don't feel it provides me energy before a workout. But i must say it is convenient and a good way to remind me to hydrate before working out. Nevertheless i must say the after work out one was more refreshing and that is one i would buy. i do actually feel fresher and energized after that.

ENERGETIC,REFRESHING,BOOSTING
as many energy boost I've tried, its recommended much more on Proviton STR . it was a great energy boost.. I had it during workout and long distance jogging.. found its refreshing and most of time I fell sleepy and tired for long workout but with Proviton STR I feels more energetic while doing my workout.. thanks you Home Tester for a great service for me to choose better choice with Proviton STR

Energize , Reliable, Good Value
I'm do exercise on daily basis. Prior to the takingProviton STR, I do not consume any pro and pre exercise drinks. After testing for a week, I feel that my energy replenished faster that it used to be. Will keep trying.

Boost Your Day
Proviton STR make me more energetic when i'm doing my active day. One tablet in the morning before doing my activity will make me active for the whole day. One tablet before sleep can relax my body, reenergize my muscle. A good product for the person who have an active day. So good.

Surprisingly works
I took the pre workout tablet before playing badminton at night and it boost my energy like a bull as if drink 5 tin of redbull. Then, after the game I took the post workout tablet, the next morning I wake up feeling fresh and no muscle soreness like superman.
