For me, it does not have any significant effects towards my meal intake even though I can say it made me full and does not need me to take my usual breakfast meal. However, do I enjoy the taste? No. Do I feel the need to buy it? No. Probably it work best if you are a fan of shake which in my case, I was not. The taste is too bland for my tastebud.

Love so much the taste of salted chocolate and matcha. But still can drink the original by adding dates or Milo with it. It works best as a milk booster and makes me feel full after drink it during dinner time. Recommended for any breastfeed mom that still want to maintain their healthy diet. Considering to change from my normal Soy protein powder to this Pea protein .
