Not that strong.
I thought that this was a spicier version of the OG Vicks that can compete with Binondo menthol sticks or rubs but it didn't lived to its extra strong claim. Feels like the regular Vicks with a hint of a little heat that does not linger. Don't use this though to children below 6.
Helps in colds relief
When I rub a thick layer on my husband's or older kid's chest and back, it feels like it instantly clears up that stuffy, heavy chest feeling. Recommended for older kids and adults.
