Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky

The Hibiki is a lot sweeter than its contemporaries with hints of chocolate and honey and is a lot smoother and less harsh on the palate. I can vouch and strongly recommend this whiskey!

Being a traditional Scottish whisky drinker I was a little bit sceptical about trying Hibiki Japanese whisky but what a pleasant surprise. I drink my whisky with ice and this was no different, the first sip of this drink gave you that traditional hit of whisky flavour followed by a warm orange honey taste that lingers on the palate. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable drink that I will be purchasing again 5 Stars.

Beautiful premium whisky which is sweet, beautiful honey notes. The whisky comes in a beautiful glass bottle and the flavours and notes are floral, woody and delicate. I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful whisky.

Asked to trial this product. First I'm not a whiskey connoisseur but do enjoy the odd glass. This isn't like your normal whiskey. Nice smooth light fragrant taste. Great on its own or mixed with a cube of ice. Nice looking bottle too. Certainly look to buy again and will recommend although it is sold on the more pricer side of whiskeys.

I was very impressed with this whisky. It shows a very beautiful bouquet of flower citrus apricot cinnamon and wood. Extremely recommended!

Very thick and rich. A massive mouthful of malt. Very strong and powerful, only one sip and makes all body warm, perfect with some nice big beef steak on the side. I can feel strong taste of oak, cinnamon and honey. Excellent served with a couple of cubes of ice in the evening to sign off on a long day of work. Lovely packaging and nice size of bottle. This particular whiskey is one of the best I have ever tried, would definitely recommend for my family, friends and any whiskey lovers, must try!

This whisky is a beautiful smooth blend and goes down too well. It doesn’t catch your breath like some whisky’s do and is very delicate. I would definitely recommend and buy.

Really nice whisky. The taste and flavours are exactly as described on the box. It’s a light whisky that is really easy to drink but with that in mind, it is best served neat. I think the flavours would be lost if used with mixers and it would be a waste. Packaging and bottle look good and would definitely serve to friends and family. Really enjoyable!

It was my first time trying Japanese whisky. The packaging really impressive and the bottle looks amazing.The taste- I have tried drinking on ice, whit a lemon slice but didn't like it it was to strong , with soda water was OK but still strong.Would say that I prefer scotch whisky. Overall it was OK but not Wow.

I have always been a peaty Islay whisky fan, and although I like to try many others, have always stuck to these as my go to drinks so was not sure what to expect, even after reading the reviews and descriptions. I thought it was going to be just another blended drink but I was totally wrong! From the first fruity citrus nose that hits you to the delightfully everlasting taste of honey, you are totally entertained with many different flavours in between. It is light enough to enjoy with a nice meal (I had it with fish) or even as something pleasant to sip on whilst you pass the time away. Also found that pouring over an ice cube brings out the citrus flavour even more. A few of us sampled this for the first time together and all agreed that this drink, although expensive to buy is packed with quality and variety that more than justifies paying so much once in a while. I still have half a bottle left hidden in the back of my cupboard that I am saving for special occasions.

First of all the packaging is gorgeous, the box looks like it is a premium bottle inside and the bottle itself is like a piece of art. When you open it the first thing you notice is the lovely smell, like a sweet honey smell. Me and my husband tried it neat with ice, we both agreed it was fresh, light and not too oaky. It is a vibrant taste. It would be more than what I would usually spend but I would definately by as a special treat or gift because it did taste very nice and high quality.

I recieved this to try and I love it, I'd never tried Japanese whisky before and god I have been missing out. There are so many flavour notes especially the white chocolate after taste and whisky burn I love it. The packaging is amazing and the bottle is so pretty and well made. Perfect evening tipple on ice.

First of all at a price for around £70 I'd say it's a very nice whisky. At first taste you get strong fruity notes similar to that of apple or orange juice with an oak and floral aftertaste. It's definitely sweet with that slight harsh feeling on the throat until you gwt used to it but after that it's quite smooth. I recommend to have this neat with ice as you can enjoy it that way.

This Hibiki suntory whisky is the best whisky i have had the pleasure to taste, the aroma from it is sublime and as for the taste you get so many different flavours coming through from a sweet orange taste with a little caramel and honey after taste, all in all definitely the best whisky i have tasted and will definitely buying another bottle when this bottle has finished, I would recommend it neat to experience the full flavour experience.
