Nerf Fortnite Heavy SR

The nerf fortnite heavy blaster is the longest nerf blaster at a staggering 1.1m long . My daughter found it easy to use once we showed her how to put it together and load it etc she found the weight good for its size the scope is pretty accurate allowing good long distance shots. The blaster comes with 6 mega darts and is red camo reflecting the game. Overall a great product offering hours of fun for children and adults alike.

The Nerf gun is a good novelty toy especially if you love Fornite. The build quality is fantastic and it’s a sturdy bit of kit. The only thing that really lets it down is the accuracy and range of the Nerf darts they don’t really travel that far once you’ve fired them, my son had another one and darts when much further when fired, I can only assume it’s because this one was battery powered. The magazine also only hold 6 nerf bullets but apart from these minor annoyances you can still have a lot of fun with this and your Fortnite loving children will obviously really enjoy playing with it.

Both my son and my husband were very excited when the parcel arrived. It didn't take long to assemble it. The gun is huge but easy to hold as it is lightweight and easy to fire. It is quite stylish too. The range that it fires is good and the aim is excellent. Great fun for everyone!

My 9 year old son was blown away when he seen the fornite heavy sniper rifle , he was over the moon! He wanted this model for Christmas, it was on his christmas list but santa came early. Instantly recognised the model and couldn't wait to get it out of the box and set it up , which he did on his own in less then 2 minutes , no help needed! he loved the camo on the sniper rifle and said its the weapon he uses in the game fornite and can't believe he really has it in his hands. He liked the size 1.1m and although it's big he had no trouble handling and reloading sniper rifle , he liked the distance the mega bullets fired out and the noise , said it sounded like a firework . He also liked the removable scope , again this is easy to remove and apply back on , this model has a 6-dart clip holder and bolt action mega blaster! My son said its the best one Nerf have made! and rated the product 10/10 simply awesome!

Despite the assembly instructions being unclear, our 9 year old son AJ manged to set the Nerf Heavy SR up mainly on his own, however, he did struggle to get the fiddly magazine clip out. AJ found the gun hard to aim at first, but after a few rounds of practice he really got the hang of it, & was then giving instructions to his sister on how to line up the shots. AJ also found the bullets hard to load into the clip, as you need to hold them down & load the bullets from the side [not straight down form the top]. The other issue was unless you counted down the bullets, you dindnt know when you were going to run out of bullets. The 6 load clip/magazine doesnt hold enough bullets, however, I am aware that there is cross compatibility & that a larger clip/magazine from the Nerf Mega Centurian can fit this Nerf Heavy SR. AJ was also impressed with the 'screaming bullets' that fly out of the Nerf Heavy SR, adding an authentic touch to this gun. AJ loved the stand & sight of this gun.

Wow, this is huge, on opening the packaging I was surprised at the size of the gun, Although I guessed it would be big, but not as big as it is. It is also a very powerful gun, the boys had a whale of a time with it. The little one was in awe. Definitely a huge hit, after trialing it I would say that YES it would be a fantastic Christmas present. If I was purchasing it, I would be happy with my purchase and so would the kids (big ones included). They had so much fun.

The gun is quite large but my son absolutely loved carrying it around. It took him a few minutes to get used to cocking it before each shot but as soon as he got the hang of it he was away! The colour scheme is awesome and you can tell that a lot of thought has gone into the design. His finger did start to get a little sore from the grey trigger guard but nothing to worry about. He didn't experience and misfires or jams which was great and he loved that the front legs popped down so he could lay on the grass and shoot fairly accurately. He wishes that the magazine could hold more than 6 darts but then you wouldn't be able to lie lie it on the legs. Overall I'm really pleased with the blaster but my son prefers the guns that shoot the smalled darts as they go quite far and often hold more than 6 at a time. I'm glad we got the Elite Fortnite Heavy SR though and do not regret getting it.

This nerf gun is not for the light hearted. I had one extremely happy 10 year old who tested this product. The fact it was fortnite inspired went down an absolute treat as he loves fortnite. The gun itself is impressive, in size, it's eye catching and being a sniper it was great for him to hide in bushes and he sniped away. Literally all his friends have now added this nerf addition to their Xmas lists. The only one drawback was the limited magazine capacity which only stores up to 6 darts. A spare magazine with darts would of been nice. All in all though this was perfect for a 10 year old who played with it for hours.

I absolutely love this. It’s amazing and my child is in love with it too. He enjoyed unpacking it and the smile on his face when he saw what it was.. was priceless. I am so happy to be given the opportunity.

When we received this my kids were so excited! Nerf guns are a firm favourite in our house and this is the first one we’ve seen that was a fortnite one. On first impressions it looks great, brightly decorated in a ‘red camo fortnite style wrap’. It’s not to heavy for my youngest to hold which is a major plus with it being the longest blaster ever at 1.1metres. It’s easy to use and load the nerf bullets but my kids favourite was part was the sniper scope that’s even removable so they were able to use it on the gun or separately as part of their game. My children had hours of fun playing with this and I would highly recommend to any fortnite loving boys and girls. Mega hit in this household! 5* from the kids.

We appear to have and have a growing range of Nerf guns and Blasters in our house and this 'Fortnite' option was a nice and useful variation to add. It was very easy to assemble and its distinctive Fortnite colours and branding make it stand out in the collection! We've played with it for a couple of hours over the last week or so already and although my wife made me and the boy take it outside eventually, its good both indoors and out! To note it’s a huge rifle, it’s very accurate and easy to load and use. It appears to be well made and the usual plug and play system that Nerf have adopted works well. My only concern is that if it retails at around £50, you should really get more darts! In the box you only get six darts and we’ve lost two already!

Fabulous product both my grandkids loved playing with this they are 7 and 12. They didn’t get bored after 5 minutes either. I bought some play tins for them to shoot. I would recommend it.

My son (and husband) absolutely love this Nerf gun. They play with it all the time. It was easy to put together (a little harder to put away as it's so big) so play time starts pretty much straight away. Although it states its for 8+ children, it is very big and my son couldn't move it himself, we had to move it for him. But I guess it's a target game so not much moving (unless your husband is using it!) A great gift to either child or adult!

My son was super excited when he was given the box as he’s a big Nerf & Fortnite fan. Obviously he has no interest in reading the instructions and one big plus point is it’s simple to put together and doesn’t have annoying cellotape or ties that hold it in place in the box that take ages to untwist to release the parts (also a bit more environmentally friendly). You don’t really get a sense of how big the gun is from the box but think this added to my sons excitement! Given the size of the gun I was a bit worried his older brother would have a bruising weekend as a target and whilst the bullets are bigger than standard nerf guns they weren’t fired out of the gun with much more force so it was as ‘safe’ as the standard nerfs. The loading mechanism did jam on a couple of occasions but no more so than other nerf guns. The only slight issue is that once assembled you can’t dismantle it…and it’s difficult to store away given it’s size. Overall it’s a great toy and my son loved it.
