NIVEA Double Effect Eye Make-Up Remover

The NIVEA Double Effect Eye Make-Up Remover is an excellent product, it easily removed my makeup without force, including my waterproof mascara, which other makeup removers struggle to remove. I'm very impressed!

I've struggled to find an eye make up remover that actually works since the one I used to use was discontinued. But well done NIVEA, you've managed to do it! You don't need to use a lot of product, a few drops on a cotton pad is sufficient. It removes the make up in a couples of sweeps and doesn't leave a greasy residue afterwards either. I will definitely be buying this again!

I am so impressed with it, it took every single trace of waterproof mascara off no effort or irritation and without a horrible greasy after feel. My usual remover is good but I always go over it again with miceller water just to remove the greasy feel. This effortlessly removed very thick black mascara with no rubbing at all required. I’ll definitely be buying this

I had my laser eye surgery 2 years ago and was dificult to find the right eye makeup remover. This one is fantastic! So gentle and not iritated my eyes at all. Love it!

Absolutely amazing product. When I say I have no mascara residue I mean it. This stuff can take off glitter eyeshadow and eyeliner too. It's the bees knees. Will never use another eye makeup remover ever

Just need a quick shake of the bottle to mix and apply on to cotton wool pads. I was able to remove waterproof mascara with ease and without removing eyelashes. I tend to have sensitive eyes but the remover is suitable for all types. No irritation and leaves your eyes refreshed and all makeup removed. I would definitely recommend for daily use.

This product was very gentle on my eyes, the oil base in it really made it easy to remove my stubborn eye makeup. It did leave my eyes looking shiny after as if i oiled up my eyes lol. but it's fine i was at home and also a good thing i liked about this product, it didn't burn my eyes! and a lot of eye products really burn my eyes, but this was a lovely product and oily so it's moisturising while removing your make up This bottle does last me a long time, but that's only because i don't put a lot of make up on so i don't use this daily. But i enjoyed every bit of it, and i will continue to use it

This is my new eye make remover of choice! I’ve been using No7 for years but this Nivea one is much more effective, so easy to wipe off waterproof mascara. The real clincher for me though, is that it didn’t make my eyes sting at all. I have sensitive eyes, I am always red after taking off eye make-up, it actually feels very pleasant on your skin & eyelashes afterwards and I had no redness. Obviously you must remember to shake the product as the oil separates, it’s not greasy on the skin, it leaves me with a velvet smooth feeling.. plus it’s cheaper than my usual, I’m sold!

I’ve tried countless eye makeup removers over the years, and this is still the best one hands-down - it’s gentle but effective, and gets rid of even my most stubborn eyeliner & waterproof mascara smokey-eye looks, with no rubbing or irritation! I have sensitive eyes & wear contacts, and this product doesn’t cause any problems with either; it’s so cheap and economical, and does a significantly better job than any of the high-end brands I’ve ever tried (I’ve paid upwards of £20 for eye makeup removal products before, and wasted my money!) I wouldn’t ever use anything else except this Nivea product: it’s cheap, available everywhere, so gentle and totally effective - what’s not to love?!

Removes eye make up really well including waterproof mascara, without needing to rub. Feels gentle on the eyes, leaves eyelashes feeling lovely and soft.
