OXO Good Grips Garlic Press

Great product. Very well made Would definitely recommend this product to friends and family. Easy to clean and use. Crushes the garlic with minimal force.

I relay like this garlic press. It has a good grip and it's easy to use. No problems cleaning it, although I was a bit surprised that the net part doesn't disassemble but stays on it when cleaning. Found it very useful. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that I wish the press had smaller holes, so the garlic is more pressed.

Does the job but quite a bit of garlic is wasted. The garlic gets stuck and you spend a few minutes trying to minimise waste. In yet to try a garlic press that doesn’t do this though. Would be great if the press could be removed to make it easier to get all the garlic out/clean.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the oxo garlic press. I had been using one that I'd had bought from an international shop that also sell flat pack furniture, for years. There is a big difference in quality and how well it crushes garlic. I was amazed by how little effort I had to put in order to crush two cloves of garlic at the same time. Which is great for people with arthritis or limited hand/wrist strength. I was also surprised by the amount of garlic That I was able crush. I would have to crush 3 or 4 clove in order to get the same amount. Washing the crusher was easy and unlike my previous one which required me to dismantle before washing. The added bonus of now also being able to crush ginger and do some business

I had the chance to try out the OXO Good Grips Garlic Press and it's seriously amazing! The design is super user-friendly with its soft handle that gives you a comfortable grip. Squeezing garlic cloves is a piece of cake with this press - just pop 'em in and give it a good squeeze. It minces the garlic perfectly, saving you time and effort. And the best part? It's a breeze to clean afterward. Highly recommend giving it a go!

I found the press easy to use and the handles were comfortable, especially when squeezing multiple bulbs of garlic I did find cleaning it a bit challenging as there is no easy way to push the garlic skin out, and it won't come out in the dishwasher on its own either. However, this is a challenge most garlic pressses have in common I liked using the press, and would recommend it as a good purchase as it is sturdy and should give many years of garlic crushing happiness!

Easy to use. The whole clove was pressed through, I’ve had others where pieces of garlic just don’t get pressed, but this one all the garlic gets squeezed through. It has a comfortable handle, which makes the pressing easy. The garlic press bit is large so depending on the size of cloves can do more than 1 at a time. Easy to clean as can go in the dishwasher, but also a quick rinse in the sink as all the garlic has been squeezed out so less mess to clean up!

A great garlic press which is easy to clean and easy to grip. Very impressed and it also looks good in my cutlery drawer. I would definitely recommend it.

On first impressions i was surprised just how solid and sturdy this press is, it has nicely cushioned handles and presses garlic cloves with ease and to perfection. It is a large capacity press and a hopper that is permanently attached, that is a huge bonus for me as i was always losing the hoppers on old presses in the dishwasher and cutlery drawer which was irritating. This item is superb quality and will last a life time, easy to clean and store. Who knew that Oxo made kitchenware, not me but was delighted to trial and review it ! Not sure what this retails for but I would definitely purchase their kitchen ware in the future, I have recommended to friends and family. A truly awesome piece of kit, I have thrown all my own ones away.

This garlic press is so easy to use.I felt that you didn’t need to apply a lot of pressure to use it. I found that you could press upto 3 medium sized garlic cloves at once. They needed to be peeled to make it easier and not so wasteful because this way the skins didn’t block the press and the whole clove gets used. The actual press was very easy to clean as well either by washing up by hand or putting it in the dishwasher. The press is well made and very solid.

My old garlic press was plastic, flimsy and a real hassle to clean so I switched to Easy Garlic to save myself from using it. Got a free OXO Good Grips Garlic Press from Home Tester Club and it has transformed my garlic use in the kitchen. No more vinegary garlic with the easy stuff! Now my OXO Good Grips Garlic Press is my new best friend. The garlic press has a small reservoir to hold the garlic gloves and the holes are big enough to smash every little inch of garlic through whilst leaving the minimal of peel behind. This design also makes it really easy to clean unlike my previous one. The design is study and comfortable to hold and just makes it so easy to switch back to fresh garlic. Would totally recommend to anyone that loves garlic in their meals for ease of use and cleaning.

I found the garlic press a good quality item which did the job well. I particularly liked the functioning of the slot for the garlic as it was not fixed rigidly to the item itself and made it more user friendly. It washed perfectly but needed some scraping to remove left over garlic in the grate part. I think grating garlic on a grater is still more convenient but if I was to have a garlic press, this does a superb job.

OXO Garlic press is a pleasure to use and simple to clean! Very good design that does exactly what it is supposed to. Far better than a number of other brands of press we have used.

Really easy to press with good grip handle. Garlic clove pressed well without having to do it again and again.
