Awesome rolled ice cream maker!!
It cools down quickly and is quiet. We learned that when the ice cream does not roll at first, let it sit a little longer on the cold surface and it will roll. It is trial and error, but once you get it down it works perfectly I had no issues rolling it after that. It was pretty fast too. I was very fascinated and my daughter loves this thing

Very fun
This icecream roller is so easy to use and a fun way to get our kids up and doing something fun my kids enjoyed usingvas did I it will be fun and easy to use for years to come the directions where ease to followand was hardly a mess to clean up. Disappointing
I put the anti-griddle in the freezer for several days. I made my mixture and chilled it prior to attempting to make rolled ice cream. The mixture only seemed to set on half of the griddle so it really did not roll. It also stuck to the spatula and within moments was already melting (as in before I could get the 1/4 of the mixture off the griddle). Needless to say it also isn’t cold enough to do dessert for more then one person. I did place the whole thing back in the freezer and maybe tomorrow I will be able to serve my son his ice cream from last night...

Pay attention to geographics
I tested the classic cuisine ice cream roller plate. It did alright. I do like it but we have to be honest. I live in the south where it is hot and humid. Not a good product for my area. It doesn't freeze very well with high humidity and it starts thawing out quickly. Also, it is best for a couple with no children or just for one serving. So, the geographics and the family size of a person definitely determines how well it will do. Recipes that come with it works really well. All in all, I will continue using this just probably in the colder months, when we have them.

Convienient once you get the hang of it!
I followed the directions for the Ice Cream Roller Pan and put it in the freezer for a day before I began using it. I had a lot of fun testing out how to make the ice cream on the pan, but I would say it took me multiple times and trial-and-error before I could get the ice cream to the right consistency and not have it melting everywhere. Also, although I got it to taste like ice cream, the pan was too small for me to roll the ice cream into rolls that would actually stick together. However, once you get the hang of the process, it's quite fun to use this to make ice cream and frozen yogurt all at home. I had a lot of fun trying different recipes and flavors with the pan and overall, I really enjoyed this pan.

I really enjoyed using this Classic Cuisine Ice Cream Roller Plate-Anti-Griddle Pan. My sons and I made frozen apple juice! I will be trying this with cream in the next few days and will be uploading a photo then.

Fun family ice cream night !!!!
Ok this was extremely fun and easy to use. Freeze the plate, mix up a yummy recipe that's included .. pour mixture into frozen tray and roll your ice cream with the spatulas!! How fun!!!

Not so rolled ice cream.
Maybe over time, I'd get the hang of it. I definitely wouldn't buy though. I tried yogurt and watermelon, than just yogurt. Neither one would roll. It froze just didn't roll. I'll continue to practice at rolling, maybe I'll get better. Lol!

Makes quick yummy ice cream
This is perfect for making ice cream, frozen yogurt, etc. that you want to eat right now. Mix up a batch of ice cream, pour it on the pan and wait about 2 minutes for it to freeze then take the shovel and start rolling, or as my daughter likes to do, shovel that ice cream into a perfect mound to scoop into a bowl. Before cleaning the pan make sure it is room temperature then wash by hand and dry, store in the freezer so ready to use.

Might need more freezer space
Enjoyed the product, and it was fun to make some homemade ice cream rolls. While I enjoyed it, not sure how often we would use it, and it does take up a bit of room in the freezer, if you want to be prepared to use it without planning far in advance.

Pretty easy to use
Overall the plate worked well to make rolled ice cream. The plates seemed to get a little warmer faster than I had hoped, but it did allow me enough time to make some rolled ice cream. It was pretty easy to use and worked okay for my first time using it. I want to try using it for the gelato and frozen sorbet. It allows me to do something different with my frozen treats.

Not bad, and the kids will love it
It seemed sturdy and well made. I didn't realize it required freezing beforehand. Kind of thought it would plug in and get cold, but it definitely worked. A couple of recommendations to other users: we put it in our deep freezer which gets colder than our fridge/freezer. Also, some stores sell pasteurized eggs which would be a safer idea for the included ice cream recipes

Awesome
It’s my 1st time I try ice cream roller plate and I m very happy with this very easy to use it’s actually fun you can make any flavor what u want . After use very easily u can clean the roller plate perfect size easily store in kitchen.One suggestion don’t use any spoon on pan just use spatulas which come with ice cream roller plate.I will definitely recommend have fun with your kids.

Classic Cuisine Ice Cream Roller Review
I froze it overnight and tried it in the morning. I was a little upset it did not have a cover. I did not want things in my freezer getting on it. It was also hard fitting upright in my freezer. When i tired it, it took awhile to freeze. When it did freeze, it did not completely. I was able to make one cup of frozen yogurt that I liked and one cup of slushy fruit orange juice. It did not roll well and the spatulas did not scrap it off well. But the spatulas were good at chopping up the things i added in. It also looks to be made of cheap plastic, so I was worried liquid might leak any time. It was also a hassle to prepare and clean. I really liked my frozen yogurt and my slushy. But i wish it was less of a hassle and easier to use. I will probaly use this again, but not frequently since it is a bit of a hassle. It was fun to try though and it was yummy. Kids would love this. But it only makes a few at a time.
