Cuisinart® Preferred Pan

This is a great pan/pot! It has a nice ceramic-looking coating that is easy to clean. It is sturdy and on the heavier side, but not so heavy that I can't lift it with one hand. It is a bit difficult though. It is also almost double the size of the pan that I currently use for most of my quick, every day cooking, so it probably won't take the place of that. I love the multi-use ability and that it can go in the oven. This would be better for my big holiday cooking like at Thanksgiving. I really liked the notch on the lid, but you have to balance the spatula just right for it not to fall. I wish it had grips that would conform more to the spatula. I also liked the small pouring spouts on 2 sides and how the handles feel.

We steamed fresh garden green beans for dinner. They came out crisp, not rubbery and not dry! LOVE this for my kitchen appliances, especially as a busy mama! Make the investment!

This pan is a great product by a well known company that I will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

As an avid home cook I am thoroughly impressed with Cuisinart’s Preferred Pan. I love using it to gently steam veggies to perfection with the included stainless steel steamer/strainer perfect for healthy cooking. The steamer basket is spacious, allowing me to cook a variety of veggies or pasta and makes it easy to lift out and drain in one step without needing a colander saving me time and effort. The pan itself is lightweight, sturdy and heats evenly resulting in perfectly cooked meals every time. A healthy ceramic coating provides excellent non-stick properties and also distributes heat evenly across the surface of the pan. Nothing sticks to the surface ensuring easy food release. Super easy to clean, dishwasher safe making it a must-have kitchen tool for health-conscious cooks. Highly versatile it handles a wide range of cooking tasks. it's oven-safe, so you can start dishes on the stovetop and finish them in the oven without having to transfer them to a different pan.

From the moment I took the pan out of the box, I had a feeling this product would deliver. Straight out the box, I cleaned all four pieces: pan, lid, spatula, and steam basket. Everything was cleaned with ease. I was able to cook a full meal in this one pan which saved me time in the long run. I was able to cook pasta while steaming vegetables. The lid fit perfectly and the lid holder for the spatula was a brilliant addition. It doesn’t discriminate as I was also able to place other utensils in the holder. The spatula didn’t scratch up the pot and when everything was finished cooking, it cleaned easily as well and wasn’t too heavy to handle. The only thing I wish this pot had would be safe guards on the steam basket handles. Other than that, I love this pot.

I love this pan. It's so deep amd big. It's perfect. I have been trying to get a new pan this bug and this is just perfect. If you love cooking like me then try this pan.

Love this all into one pan comes with a spatula and stainer ease of use non stick high quality leaves my food moist and delicious never dried out .can use over the stove and in oven highly recommend thank you hometester club !

Love this pan. It is nice & deep. Cooks ground beef quickly and the hamburger helper I made didn't stick or burn. I love how the included collander fits right over the pan which made it easier to drain the hamburger meat.

I have really enjoyed using this pan! It’s very large and holds a ton of food. It comes with a utensil so you don’t scratch the bottom of your new pan. I can’t wait to try many more recipes in this pot!

I am so glad I tried the Cuisinart Preferred Pan. It is Wonderful I can boil my pasta and fry my meats and even steam my vegetables all in this Pan. The best part is my food didn't stick to it. This is my New Favorite Pan. You must try it.

It is great for veggies, pasta, fried chicken. It cleans up nicely. I love that the utensil rests in the lid very innovative and handy. Many of my friends thought is was great also. Would make an excellent gift.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this set to test. I love the size as well as the depth of the pan that makes it versatile for different recipes. The colander makes steaming a breeze and easy to transition from steam to sautéing. The spatula is just the icing on the cake and a fun little bonus with this set.

This is a great set to have at hand. It really replaced about 4 other pans for me to use in meal preparation. I only wish they made one that the bottom pan could also be used in the oven, as well.

This is a large multi use skillet that comes with a steamer basket. It also comes with the lid with a holder for the included utensil. It is non stick and food slides right out. I wish it came in other colors to match my other pans. I would recommend this because I love it!

I really liked this pa. It's very versatile. Preferred pan can be used as a steamer,fryer or stock pot. It will literally replace some of my current pans. Which will save me a lot of room in my cupboard. This pan heats evenly and the nonstick is amazing. Pan is a little heavy for me at my age of 62 to handle but I will deal with that due to the way the pan performs. Definitely would recommend.
