Personal Chiller Soft Nugget Ice Maker

I love how fast and easy it was to make soft, crunchy ice cubes, restaurant style for all of our cooling off, chilling, needs. In 10 minutes I had a big bucket of small, soft easy ice cubes. The only thing I would change is a freezing, keeping cold, frozen way while in the bucket to make it last as when you have Company I hate to keep rerunning to keep everyone supplied.

Nice machine. I just followed the instruction and it works great. My kids love it because the ice is small, soft and chewable as advertised. The machine is not loud at all when it's running. It's a plus. It also makes lots of ice in one batch. However, I give it 4 stars because I'm not satisfied with the design of the place to pour water in. It is on the side of the machine making it easy for users to spill water.

First impression I love the sleek stylish look. Easy to set up and has detailed instructions for initial set up. I especially like the LED light that goes on when cleaning or making the ice. It shuts itself off when it’s completed. I will say this company has great customer service. The first machine I received was damaged. I wrote them to let them know and immediately I was sent a replacement mode and an apology for the inconvenience. This alone speaks volumes.

The icemaker has a sleek and nice looking design. I liked how fast it was to setup and use. The plug on the side didn't stay shut the whole time. The ice was made quickly and was super crunchy.

I have always loved soft, crushed ice but didn’t want to buy a whole new refrigerator to have it. This machine produced ice quickly & it works great! I highly recommend this product!

I love love sonic ice and I can never get enough of it. The chew is just the most satisfactory aspect of this special kind of ice. Having it at the comfort of my home now is absolutely fantastic! I can have it anytime, any day, midnight, as much as I want! I am a big ice chewer! I was hosting a get together last weekend and all my guests were really impressed by the quality of soft nugget ice and how easy it is to operate. Everyone enjoyed it very much. It produces great amount of ice to satisfy all my guests’ needs! Love it!

If you have a lot of space at home or if your refrigerator doesn’t make ice cubes, this will certainly help you with that. Perfect for summer. Convenient and very easy to use. Recommended!

This ice machine is so easy to use. Just fill with bottled or purified water and press the button. Within minutes the tiny ice is coming out. You don’t have to wait forever for it to be made. It’s so simple and easy to use. The little ice “nuggets” are delicious. They they are tiny like the ice you get from coffee bean. I love that even my kids can use it. It is heavy and kinda bulky so you need some counter space but soooo worth it!

This product is amazing it's easy to use easy to feel you need to make eyes and make eyes pretty quickly and such as freezing it in the freezer after pushing the button within 15 minutes you have a full bucket of ice. I enjoy how it comes with a ice cube and a bowl to fill up the ice maker. One issue I did have was the port to put the water in the sealed never completely stayed. I would think it would be even more awesome if it helped keep the eyes cold after dropping it. I like how it lights up on the settings that you're using so you know exactly what you're doing. It makes ice coffee in a Jiffy ice cool late I choose anything you can ring you can add ice now

I was so excited to get this ice maker and had very high hopes for it until I set it one night and woke up the next morning to a huge puddle of water all over my kitchen counter. I thought the ice would stay cold after it was done being made but that's not the case. It melts right away if not used and a resevoir catches the water in a separate container in the bottom of the ice try which is great, except the condensation from the cold ice left extra water creating more water on the outside of the container thus causing a puddle of water underneath the machine. I ended up having to place towels underneath the machine to catch the condensation water and now only take ice if I know I can be there to use it right away. It does make nice ice that's great but it does take a long time to make. And there's no sensor to stop the ice from coming out when you pull the tray out during the process so the ice piles up in one tall pyramid and says it's full when it's not.

I am impressed by the Personal Chiller soft nugget ice maker. It makes restaurant style soft nugget ice cubes at home. I found the instructions easy to follow and the machine easy to use. The resulting ice was soft and perfect for iced drinks. It took about 45 minutes for the machine to fill the ice bin, from start to finish. A few pointers I learned are to put the machine on the counter near a sink so that you can drain the water at the end. Also, the funnel to pour in water needs to be angled upward a bit more to make it easier to fill the machine. Using good quality water is key to good ice, so use filtered water from your refrigerator or buy filtered water from the store. Overall, this is a quality machine. I gave it four stars instead of five because of the need for a better way to fill the machine with water and ice falls out of the machine when the ice bin is removed (leading to a mess to clean up).

We love using this whenever we have big parties in our home. Our guests love it! Its so quick and efficient to use. Doesn't melt and super easy to take out and clean. Make sure you give it a deep clean atleast once a month! Absolutely love this ice maker

This personal ice maker is amazing! The modern design is beautiful. Ice is made so fast and you don't have to do a thing! It is also the perfect nugget size and is delicious, perfect for anyone that loves to eat ice! It does not make a lot of noise and fits easily into any space in your kitchen. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking to replace those out-of-date refrigerator ice makers. This is so much faster, easier, and makes the perfect nugget-sized ice! I have not found another one that I love like this one until yet. It is also easy to clean and maintain. It's worth it's value in money for sure!

I was in the market for an ice maker as my household goes through ice like we go through socks. I came upon this one and it has been a blessing for our household! It honestly creates the most perfect ice chucks while also not being too loud. It also is able to keep up with out household of 3 who constantly reaches for ice for our beverages. I will always recommend this ice maker!

Loved it at first, but 2 things are frustrating, one it leaks from the bottom of the ice maker and second thing is I paid almost 300 dollars and it went down in price to $178. I also bought a 3 year warranty, but being it is so new the extended warranty is not going to do anything till the manufacturer warranty is exhausted!
