Clairol root touch up color and volume
Clairol root touch up is an exellent product and great on the go as well. It's easy and convenient in between dying your roots.

Nice, quick root coverage
I have a lot of premature gray, so even though I get blonde highlights done at a salon, I’m always looking for root touch-ups that won’t break the bank. I don’t want to be at the salon every month to do my roots, so these products are so helpful. I like the volume enhancing bonus of this root cover up. This is my first time using a spray, so I had to get used to using with precision and (as suggested) I put a towel in my shoulders just in case. Fortunately, it wasn’t messy since I was targeting my roots and not the ends of my hair. It did a nice job covering my grays and the color match worked well with my roots. My only gripe is spraying the roots framing the face because the spray doesn’t allow for as much precision as a powder or brush would. Otherwise, a good product!

Messy!!
My natural hair color is dark brown that I usually dye a red/burgundy color. Dyed or not, my roots grow in gray! This product offered fantastic coverage against those gray. Even with the red/burgundy tone on my hair the dark brown color blended in nicely. I really wanted to like this product. However, I was disappointed by how messy it was It also made my hair hard to style. Once I sprayed it on, my hair texture felt like burnt toast.

Great coverage
Finally a root touch up for dark brown hair! This product gives great coverage without the chalky feeling other products leave. It’s easy to apply and lasts until my next wash cycle. Would definitely recommend.

Easy Use
Love Clairol hair color. The Root Touch Up Color + Volume spray is super easy to use and offers a descent amount of coverage. I would recommend shaking the bottle for at least 45-60 seconds before spraying on your roots to ensure best coverage. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a quick roots cover up before your normal coloring. Depending on the amount of area and thickness of your hair you may need 2 bottles for best coverage.

I like Clairol root touch up 2 in 1. All in all its definitely not my 1st choice in a root touch up spray, but it will give you the appearance of coverage.

Clairol Root Touch Up Color and Volume
I was glad to try Clairol Root Touch Up Color and Volume. I have used the non-spray root touch up previously. The spray is convenient and it did seem to add volume to my hair. However, it seems like the liquid, non-spray touch up lasts longer than the spray.

Great for dull hair
Root touch up 2-n-1 color and volume is a great product for a quick touchup without having to wait hours at a salon for the same results. I would highly follow the directions and use sparingly, if you use to much your hair gets kind of thick and gunky. once i figured out how much i would need, the product worked great, it brightened up my dull brown hair and made my hair look fuller in spots where my hair is thinning.

Great for grays and thinning hair lines
Great applicator and easy to use spray for root touch ups or thinning hair lines in my case. It goes on smoothly and the color is buildable. Washed off just fine with shampoo. I recommend it.

Root touch up
Now that I an 40, I am starting to see more grays. This touch up is a great way to cover up grays in between salon visits. It is easy as spraying it on and then you're done.

Kind of hard to use
The color payoff of this is good but it's kind of messy to work with. Getting it to spray evenly was hard. Some spots I got a little more product than I would want and in others not enough. For me I would rather just touch up with semi permanent hair color that last week's rather than something I have to reapply every couple days.

Shade of disappointment
I was excited to try Clairol Root Touch Up 2 in 1. My grays grow in so fast its nice to be able to cover them. It worked great at cover up! I was very impressed until I noticed how bad it would rub off on my hand if I touched my hair where I used it.I had that problem regularly with it and that's just not ok. It could leave someone very embarrassed.
