It's a maybe for me
I was hoping I would like this product , since it claims it is for the heavier nights. I like the fact that it is thinner and it doesn't feel very noticeable like a diaper...Lol, What I did not like and maybe this is just me but I didn't feel it was long enough.

Handles the heavy flow without the bulk

Soft and delicate
They are soft and delicate. I hadn't seen or feel any reaction. The only thing I would like to add is the pad doesn't have a mash. But otherwise it's super delicate soft and thing

Secretly comforting
These pads are so comfo6 and absorb really quick. I am wearing tight yoga pants and you can not see the pad.

These pads are definitely ultra thin but I would not consider them “heavy” work best on medium flow days/nights. Larger than expected

Need thin, this is it
I liked how many was in the pack and how thin they were. The words written on tbe inside of each pad added a bit of cuteness. For the most part it kept me dry. The pads are a little stiffer than other pads. Besides, the thinness they aren't much different from other pads.

Comfortable and absorbent

Cumbersome, uncomfortably large pads
I appreciate the ultra thin quality of pads I received but was disappointed in how massive these pads are. I know they are for a heavy flow but they were so big in size they were uncomfortable to wear. The scent was a nice touch but lingered & was a little overwhelming. I usually buy kotex brand products often but this was I wasn’t a fan of.

Ultra Thin
These pads are exactly what they say, ultra thing but heavy. They are light and thin and not unpleasant to wear but do not leak or cause a mess. Overall, I am very impressed with them.

A little short, good adhesive
I wish I could give half stars (3.5) These were good but did not seem like they were for a heavy period. Medium- Heavy maybe. Or just shy of what I needed. The middle/ green is the usual size/ color I get but these ones compared to a genaric store brand were almost an inch smaller. 11 in vs 12 in. So I would need to size up if I tried these again. There were some leaks during sleep. Very little throughout the day. Loved that they weren't as stiff as my usual brand. And they have great adhesive. Wings and pad stuck the whole time I wore these. Hoping the next size up will solve the problems I had. Also since these were cotton I did not get that sweat rash that other pads can give.

THESE PADS ARE AMAZING!!!
U by Kotex Security Ultra-Thin Pads, Heavy are AMAZING!!! They really work great!!! They were really comfortable and didn't bunch up or anything and stayed put during the day and when I would wear them at night. They absorbed perfectly and weren't messy! I didn't have to go through so many either! They also fit perfectly for me! It didn't feel like I was wearing a pad they were very light and they felt like they were barely there! They fit easily in my purse and have an easy wrapper to roll the other used pads! I would def recommend these to family, friends and others that would want to try these!!!
