Box is very calm Taste is very pleasant I did feel that it helped me to go more regularly, but it did give me a weird cramp a few times. Otherwise a very good product

After trailing Artigest IBS for just over two weeks, my IBS has calmed down significantly and I enjoy eating a lot more and feel a lot more comfortable. I really liked the packaging and it appealed to my liking a lot. It is informative and has all the needed info right there on the packaging. I would really recommend this to anyone struggling with IBS , it helps a lot and is worth trying.

Really unhappy with this product. I found myself burping a lot after taking it and was continuously constipated. I also experienced headaches and would often have a funny taste in my mouth. Definitely would not recommend but this could just be my reaction to it and it may work for others
