The slices before toasting are already small, they shrank after toasting. Flavour: The bread should have a pleasant, nutty flavour that complements the toasting process. I prefer a stronger wheat flavour. Texture: The bread should have a slightly firm texture that will become crisp and chewy when toasted. It should not be too dense or too dry.

I do not usually enjoy brown bread. I usually buy either white or whole wheat bread. I love how it toasts; the thicker slices are crispy and toasty on the outside and soft on the inside. I love the outer crust, and the taste. I have bought it since, as I find it stays fresh longer that some other brown loaves. I definitely recommend this product.
