Just had them now for my lunch snack as I was eager to taste them and they are tasty and just a small potion then I was full. I would now purchase more to see if they will always give me the results I wish to get, small potions, fuller for a longer time. And I would introduce it to my family members, colleague and friend as I believe they are healthy and tasty. The smell is not something different from what am used to but I believe after few servings I will get used to it .Just hope it is also affordable as from now on I want to give it a try for a longer period. As I have embarked on a healthy eating I will alternate my jungle oats with jungle bran flakes. And I will advise people to try it and they wont go wrong.
