I can feel my gums benefit from daily use, less sensitivity. My husband also says it works and stops bleeding gums which he always experiences. its salty but you get used to it and its refreshing, mouth feels fresh and tingly after use.

Parodontax Expert Gum Care toothpaste has really worked for me. I was surprised when i first started using it, yes it does not have the best taste but after getting some used to i have to say that Parodontax Expert Gum Care toothpaste is simply just amazing after just a few washes i noticed a big difference and my gums weren't bleeding as much as it used to its really been helping me and i recommend this to anyone that suffers from bleeding gums it really does work

Paradontax expert gum care toothpaste is quiet refreshing and is good for the both the tooth and gums, it does not have a bitter taste. you can easily consume food immediately after using it. I prefer mostly the mouth wash that comes with it.
