Always Discreet Pads
I really like the product. They are highly absorbent for my light bladder loss needs. Odour control is great. I found them comfortable, the wrapper iseasy to open and overall they are more than efficient at doing what they say on the packet compared to other brands. I feel protected all day.

Reliable Support
Having recently had a baby, this product is very helpful. I like the fact that I can feel safe and secure, especially while exercising. The liners are discreet, no one would know you are using them.

Discreet indeed
These pads worked like adult nappy but with a shape of a pad/thick liner. It's soft to touch, stick well to the panty. Has a bit of a fragrance that helps to control the odor. When there is a leak, I could straight feel that it was quickly absorbed and once removed I could see that the pad gained in volume due to the gel reaction. If you have a weak bladder like me after multiples pregnancy and c-sec, it's definitely helping you to gain more confidence. Though, the price tag of 20.50 is making me cringe...I will not buy for myself.

Elastic Sides
I like the length of the pad - a bit on the long side to ensure all leaks are capture. I also liked the elastic on the sides of the pad which is unusual but really good to fit into undies & hold leaks. One thing I didn't like is that it is scented

Perfect comfort, size & absorption
I was impressed at the improvements since the last time I tried this, the thickness and size is just right, and even with a side by side comparison with the liners it’s not too bulky as a pad. Absorption and odour neutralising is just right and so is the comfort in wearing it!

Absorbent but not the most comfortable.
Easy to use, stays in place and is absorbent enough and leaves you feeling dry. But slightly uncomfortable to wear for long period.

Always Discreet Pads for Bladder Leaks.
Pad was nice & thin. Wrapped in a reusable plastic strip. Pad has a pretty mauve print on the inner liner & cosy elastic sides to the inside of pad. It fitted snuggle to my body & stayed in place on the gusset of my undies. The pad was comfortable for all day wear. There was no horrible smell when the used pad was removed from the undies. The used pad wrapped up using the plastic strip (wrap) the pad came in. I would recommend these pads to anyone who has minor bladder leakage.

Giving your confidence back.
Always Discreet comes in a great sized value pack allowing it to last longer. Bright Colourful packaging and let’s you know that it’s for sensitive bladders. Easy to open packets inside, each individually wrapped. Feels like a normal pad only a bit thinner. Not sure about the elastic edges though? Maybe to hold extra incontinence? Apart from that I feel comfy and secure using these just in case I leak as I have a sensitive bladder after 7 children. If your having even the mildest issues I’d recommend Always Discreet purely for the protection.

Very good
Always Discreet Pads for Bladder Leaks and Adult incontinence are a fantastic solution for the flaws of a weak pelvic floor. I found these pads to be true to their claim of absorbent and discreet. They are comfortable to wear and they did not show through my clothing. The came in a very handy 30 pack. Great product and great value for money.
