Uncomfortable
I found them extremely uncomfortable to wear. Kept falling down. They look discreet but they do not feel discreet at all.

Can be more discreet
It's much bigger and thicker than I expected. It's literally just a bigger size nappy pant. It feels really weird wearing it and I'm very concious that people might notice i am wearing an adult nappy. It could be done more discreetly

Discreet comfort
I have always been hesitant to try always discreet underwear pants but after two pregnancies I find that some days I need a little bit of protection. The Always Discreet underwear felt comfortable to wear and they looked no different under clothes. I will be using these again on days I feel I might have issues and in my next pregnancy.

Fit Perfect
I loved these pants, recently I've put on a little weight & wear these made my clothes looks better & also didn't notice at all I was wearing them under jeans & even leggings. The protection was great as I sneeded while busting to go loo & the protection was great for the amount I leaked. Definitely would buy again & recommend to others.

Did the job
Used as post-natal support. Felt secure wearing these, no leaks and worked well after having a baby. Wouldn’t want to use regularly otherwise as quite high and can been seen under light clothing. Size was perfect for me (8-10).

Very discreet and freeing
I love that these were fitting like underwear which means that I could wear them under any outfit ie jeans without anyone noticing. This means I could have security without outfit restrictions. Unlike washable underwear it also means that I could take along a spare just in case and can bin any that need to be changed

Great underwear pants for women
These underwear pants worked well for my pregnancy bladder incontinence. They are pretty comfortable and make me feel more secure going out. They are still a little visible under clothes depending on what you wear, but that is to be expected. Great brand and I’m hoping to use these after my pregnancy as well for bigger leakages.

Comfy, discreet yet super absorbent
A very comfortable n soft material despite it being disposable. It provided good coverage n did not tear or loosen over the day. I have allergies at the moment n the pants did not disappoint. It absorbed leakage well and stayed comfy to wear.
