They worked well. No leaks and comfortable once in. However they are a bit thicker than a normal regular and flat on top. This made them slightly harder to use.

The way this tampon expands is the type that I prefer - imagine an upside down cone, where all edges expand outward, narrower at the top. However, the SOFTFOLDS(r) which to me look like a Halloween sheet-ghost that covers the tampon is what I have mixed feelings on. This membrane layer is what differentiates the Flexia range from the Original rage from Carefree. Although fluid absorption is great through the SOFTFOLD(r) layer to the tampon core, this “sheet” leaves the thicker cells of the period stay on top/outside of the tampon. That being said, it’s true there were no issues with leakage. An applicator version would also earn a little higher rating from me.

Giving it a 4star only coz it was fatter than the usual one I use. But it would be 5star for absorption. I usually use it along with pads and it absorb great without overflowing to the pad.

These worked well, no leaks and I liked the extra layer of protection. Would have preferred the larger pack to be divided into two smaller packs for popping one in my bag
