Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon

I love this product. The taste is 100% on par with the best of the best Australian seafood. This salmon is the perfect way to top off a platter or enjoy as a snack on crackers. A little on the expensive side but I would purchase again as a special treat every now and again. The taste is exactly what I was hoping for, so of course I was pleasantly surprised and found myself reaching for another slice to have on my cracker. Would definitely recommend.

This smoked salmon are tastes amazing with almost anything. It's perfect with bagles and cream cheese. It's got the perfect amount of salt, not too much not to little. It was also very tender and had almost butter-like texture. So delicious! Definitley recommend!

We really enjoyed the Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon, we put a squeeze of lemon and enjoyed on crackers with a glass of wine. It wasnt oversmoked and left a pleasent flavour afterwalds. Would buy again if it was on special as I found it a little expensive.

Poor cuts of fish, not top quality fish part is used, dark meat, dry edges and just an unfresh taste, theres a lot better on the shelf. need to work better in terms of quality controls
