A great full coverage underwear that did not leak with a heavy flow

It’s good for lighter days. But for someone like me with heavier flow it was very comfortable and I did have to resort to tampons due to a leak and uneasiness as didn’t feel dry.

Loved this product. Works really well, had no issue with leaks at all. Used both on its own and as a back up. Great reusable alternative to disposable products.

These are the most comfortable period undies yet! I’ve tried two other brands that didn’t come close to these. Super comfy, and a great coverage so you can be confident in no leaks! I found these absorbing and coverage is great. Have since brought 3 more pairs while half price so definitely a fan of these period undies!

Supper comfortable, great fitting and doesn’t leak

These are stretchy and smooth luxurious feeling material, no odour, no leakage, great fit and sizing is accurate. I will be throwing other brands out and ordering more of these.

Being a regular user of the normal U by Kotex pads, I was excited to try the brand's reusable period underwear. The cut (full brief) of the underwear is comfortable to wear and doesn't feel any different to normal underwear. I wore them both during the day and over night. During the day the coverage was great and I had no leakage, however I did get a tiny bit of leakage overnight, though it was probably due to a heavy flow and movement during sleep. Cleaning the underwear was easy and they wash really well. Just rinse first with cold water and throw in the wash as normal. Compared to another brand that I own, I'd say these are more comfy and provide really great coverage. I used (and loved) the Kotex normal pads for years but feel it's time to change to regular use of reusable period undies as it's much better for the environment. These are easy to wear, secure, and absorbant for a regular flow. Would recommend trying them.

I love these undies! U By Kotex Period Undies are so comfortable, I could wear them everyday. I feel safe and secure that I won't bleed through with these undies. They have been such a game changer with my confidence especially after pelvic floor weakness from child birth. Typically I use them along with a menstrual cup on heavy days but when I am on my lighter days, I just use the undies and they are 1000 times better than wearing disposable products. I will never go back. I will also mention that I have some other brands of period undies but U by Kotex are my preferred brand.

Takes a little to get used to, generally very comfy. There's no tapering on the 'pad' towards the rear but not visible, just feels a little different - then it's just like wearing normal undies.

I'm a size 10-12. I bought the size 14-16 because I didn't want a tight fit... but they were still snug around my legs and felt more like a size 12. So definitely wasn't true to size. I don't love them because they're tight and I feel uncomfortable wearing tight underwear. They worked in terms of leakage. I didn't leak wearing them but also I had a very light period this time around so I don't think it was a good test for me haha. The idea behind it is good and they're useful. I just personally don't like tight things.

I loved the material and the fact that its black colour so no worry about stains. It held my flow good but it did leak so you can't completely rely on it. I would suggest buying more undies and keeping it changing in few hours Otherwise great product and eco friendly. I would still use pads here and there but I would even use these undies.

Super comfortable! I found these a great alternative to pads or tampons. I was so comfortable wearing them, they were soft, stretchy and didn't feel like I had a maternity pad on. I have a pretty light period and these took away any moisture happening. I also wear them when it's not that time of the month and I may be doing something strenuous that could affect my weak pelvic floor ensuring I feel dry, comfortable and confident.

I think that these Reusable Period Undies are a total game changer. I’d been wanting to try them for a while but was always to nervous. They are surprisingly absorbent, comfortable and clean. I have a quite heavy flow and had no issues with these at all.

These period pants are extremely comfortable and have a great fit. They provide great protection so you can rest easy that you won’t leak, even when sleeping. Undies are true to size and much better that other brands I have tried in terms of quality and comfort.

Pretty comfortable fit and I don’t normally wear regular briefs. Unfortunately for this review, I haven’t been able to truly trial their use as I found out I was pregnant after purchasing- HOWEVER- I AM looking forward to using these for a unique experience post c-section!
