Seems to be good
I have tried this product and found it to be the same as any other multi vitamin. There really was no difference but I am sure you have to use this product for at least 3 -6 months in order to see if it really helps.

Very pleased with this product. It was easy to take. The pills were not too large so easy to swallow. The bottle was not overly hard to open so for someone with arthritis like me it. Which was a plus.
