I decided to try this as am heading towards my 65th birth years. As we age, our bodies react differently to medication, regimens and, to a whole bunch of tolerable activities we once were able to achieve and no longer can. At first, I was skeptical about taking this but decided I would try it out for 6 months. Well, surprised me,it took only 3 weeks when I felt a little boost in my step. It certainly cleared out some brain fog, enhanced my mood and overall just felt really good. Some vitamin or mineral element is certainly doing wonders. I highly recommend this multivitamin if you're in your 60's or plus. This brand is golden to me. I have never had an issue with their brand.
